S & A Equine Services - Elandra Stock Horses
Services include breaking & training, stallion at stud, spelling & agistment, foaling down and a small number of ASH youngstock offered for sale. We are happy to welcome any level of horse and rider, wether they be starting out or just needing help fine-tuning any issues they are having with their horse from behaviour on the ground to work under saddle.

We kick started our foaling season a little earlier than expected with a beautiful filly born last week by our Nethaway Purple Haze out of Secretheart Electra.
Still unfolding but such a pretty girl. We have named her ‘Winter’ ❄️

Lovely soft, trainable horse. Competed at ASH branch shows winning the 3 year old futurity and most recently at the ASHS Nationals.
Established flying changes, roll backs and haunch turns. Lightly started on cattle, very cowy and rates cattle well- finaled in the Novice and placed 6th in the Encouragement at his first draft.
Good to clip, shoe, float etc. In full show condition, he is ready to get on and go, serious draft/ challenge prospect.
Only offered for sale as young horses coming through and not enough hours in the day.

Lovely, big ASH gelding by Secretheart Titanium, standing at 16hh. Good to do everything with, Kal is an easy horse to have around and loves attention. Happy to be paddocked alone or in a group and easy to catch.
Broken in slowly in early 2023 by his owner and ridden around her property and trails, before being spelled due to owners pregnancy. Kal has been with us for 8 weeks and is going kindly in his flat work. A genuine, straightforward horse we can only see the upside with going forward.

New Addition ‘Alias Whispering Heart’ (pend) 🥰

This lovely yearling filly combines some of our favourite breeding- by Koorala Ace of Spades out of Shield Whisper (Royalle Heartacre X Romeo mare).

Big thanks to Alias Performance Horses for allowing us to purchase Willow, and to Ro's Horse Transport for delivering her in such great order.
We are very excited for her future!

Two foaling mares nice and dry out of the rain ☔️ One 11 days over and a rather dramatic maiden 11 days under. We will see if this weather can entice any babies out 🥰

Our foaling barn is all set to bring in our first client mare to foal here on our new property. We are so fortunate to have such an amazing asset which consists of;
- 5 stables with cameras including 2 double size (7.5 x 3.5m) mare and foal boxes
- 2 undercover foaling yards with cameras
- Vet crush & serving yard
- Floodlit mare & foal grassed yards and paddocks
Let the games begin 🎉

We made the trip out to Forbes today 🌾
Limited numbers in the rings made for a quick day, but was nice to be able to get some different horses out. Atlas stepped back into the ring, after spending winter out with the broodmares, and produced some beautiful workouts. Stella had her first trip out and behaved exceptionally 🥰
