"Hyperthyroidism" in cats is a common endocrine disorder, particularly in older cats. The signs and symptoms can include:

Weight Loss: Despite a normal or increased appetite, they can lose weight.
Increased Thirst and Urination: Cats might drink and urinate more frequently.
Increased Activity: Restlessness or excessive activity may be noticeable.
Vomiting and Diarrhoea: Gastrointestinal issues can occur.
Rapid Heart Rate: A higher than normal heart rate is common.
Poor Coat Condition: The fur might look unkempt or greasy.
Behavioral Changes: Increased irritability or aggression can be observed.
Panting: Some cats may pant, which is unusual for them.
If you notice any of these symptoms, it's important to consult a veterinarian for diagnosis and treatment options.

I do quite a bit of driving around Karalee, especially on public holidays. I've noticed this public holiday weekend many people didn't remember which bins go out on certain weeks.
The Ipswich Bin App makes it easier to remember if it's the yellow recycle or green waste bin week.

Although rawhide chews come in lots of fun shapes and sizes, your dog can chew off and swallow large pieces, leading to a potential choking hazard or intestinal obstruction. What’s even worse is how rawhide is created: rawhides are a by-product of the leather industry and are soaked and treated in chemicals like bleach and other toxic chemicals.
Please avoid them at all cost, no matter how pretty they market them!

Bailey met Gabby and her lovely owner while we were at the park this morning. Was so lovely to see them both playing. Bailey is really missing Zeus so to see another calm and lovely natured dog was really good for him.
