Lessons for April

Back when I was working as contract muster one thing I had to do was look after my horses feet so yes I learnt to trim and shoe. This use to get me by to keep me working and my horses sound.
I’m no expert farrier but I can definitely give you an idea of what our farriers do. Here Kelly wanted to learn a bit about trimming and yes there was an injury. White foot done by Bel and other foot done by Kell great effort.
It’s not easy work 🤣

Upon introduction you are told not to hit the stables with the feed trailer so today this happened 🫣
Told: DONT HIT THE STABLES
Estelle: oh oh oh oh I’ve hit the stables with feed trailer oh oh how do I tell Bel omg she knows because she’s ringing me now! But really I didn’t know but do now 🙄

SAVE THE DATE - 2025 ROMA POLOCROSSE JUNIOR COACHING

We had so much fun last year that we just had to do it again! With another stellar line up of coaches in the gun ready to impart their wisdom on the future stars of Queensland Polocrosse, the Roma Polocrosse Club is hosting a Junior Coaching Day on the Friday before our carnival.

We will post further information closer to the event RE registering for this awesome opportunity but encourage you to pencil the date in your calendars ASAP as this is not to be missed!

Well the weather looks like we may be getting rain from Wednesday this is exciting but not so for those who want to ride we will have to play alone with it and I’ll be in touch if we have a break.
