🐩PICKING UP YOUR FUR BABY🐩

When booking an appointment just remember that we will give you a timeframe. Most of the time it will run early. I have had some clients rock up 30+ late to collect pets. If you are late by 10+ minutes you will endure a late fee. Coming into the busy months we are doing 7 dogs a day to keep up with demand and even working overtime. But when a client is late I have to cancel and reschedule people for the next day and it gets even busier.

Please respect small business and turn up on time

No Show/late cancellation fees apply. Please give 24 hrs notice (Business days) if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid these fees. For Holiday/peak times (Oct/Jan, Xmas, Easter, long weekends) 100% no-show/late cancellation fee will apply.

The deposit will be kept if you're going to reschedule, if you cancel or reschedule more than twice you will no longer be able to book an appointment with us

We understand that life happens but we are also running a small business and need to pay our staff as well as restock our equipment and it isn't cheap. thank you for understanding

Since we are appointment based it’s VERY important to arrive at your appointment ON TIME. It makes it very hard to groom when we get time cut off our appointments. We want to make sure we can fit everyone in and in their time slots as other appointments during the day have molded their appointments to work within their busy schedules

Good Afternoon

I am not taking ANY new clients. I am so overwhelmed by messages and phone calls with grooming that I need to prioritise my regular bookings. All of my regular clients will get priority in November for bookings when I open back up. As I’m still recovering I am still going to take it easy.

I apologise for any inconvenience caused. It’s really difficult being one of the only groomers in town.

To help with the demand in dogs I am introducing my sister Elizabeth as my new Grooming Assistant to help with administration duties and any extra grooming that needs to be done

She is joining me from November so I am very excited!
