Hi everyone!

It’s been a while!

Just putting some feelers out there to see if anyone is in need of longer term house sitting / pet sitting from the end of April until the end of September.

We have been living back in Perth since mid 2022, and have two new additions (of the 2 legged variety) so any pets need to be good with kiddies.

We are both non smoking and super neat and tidy.

I did pet sitting and dog walking in karratha for 18 months and used to work as a vet nurse. Can provide references if needed 🙂 thanks!

REMEMBER. If the ground is too hot for your bare feet, it's too hot for your dog's paws‼️🐶🔥

Little paws can suffer serious burns in this heat. 🐾

Before walking your pooch in warm weather always check the ground isn't too hot.

🖐DO THE FIVE-SECOND TEST👇
If you can’t hold your hand on the pavement for five seconds, it’s too hot for your dog to walk on.

Do the right thing and leave your mate at home if the weather is too warm!

To be safe, it's best to walk your dog in the early morning, late afternoon, or evening to avoid the heat.

And NEVER LEAVE YOUR CHILD OR DOG IN A HOT CAR!
It only takes six minutes for a dog to die in a hot car.

A bit of a different post as it is not doggy related 🐶 ☺️

My husband Sam is setting off this week, cycling over 1500km in 2 weeks, to both challenge himself as well as raise awareness and donations for The Black Dog Institute.

The Black Dog Institute are dedicated to understanding, preventing and treating mental illness. A very worthy cause considering we all need to take a little extra care of our mental health at the moment with everything going on in the world.
