Been postponed everyone. New date to come

So apparently not the driest Summer on record hee hee. Imbil Bull Bronc Barrels on the 20th January has been postponed due to the wet weather (again - 3rd time lucky). We are working with our contractors and NRA to finalise a new date - we will share shortly. Thankyou to all the amazing NRA competitors that signed up to compete with us this weekend - sorry the weather didn't hold out to allow us to host you in Imbil! This decision was made to ensure the safety of the competitors and the livestock.

Good Morning everyone.

We URGE you, that if your animal has tick paralysis and you want it treated, that you bring your animal in ASAP. Please do not leave it until it's too late.

This tick season is very bad and we are seeing affected animals daily. Some we have lost and some we have saved.

If your animals are not on prevention please do so. Ticks are everywhere e.g. estate back yards, river walks, the forestry, kids play grounds, showgrounds etc.

We can not keep clients informed anymore than we are. We care for all your animals and want the very best for them.

Thank you

03/10/2023

People we urge you to ensure your pets are on TICK PREVENTION. We also urge you that if your dog or cat or animal have any signs of tick paralysis, get them in ASAP. DO NOT WAIT. We have lost several patients this weekend. We are doing our best to ensure that everyone is aware of just how bad this season is. SO PLEASE SHARE, and please get your pets on prevention. THANK YOU KVS TEAM

TICK SEASON

Ticks are out and about in full force. If you do not have your dogs on prevention, we suggest you get them covered as soon as possible. Regardless if you have cattle or not in and around your home, ticks will still be there. Do not get complacent with prevention.

Ticks cause paralysis starting from the back end and working its way through the body. As they suck the blood, they secrete a toxin into the pet. This toxin affects the nervous system leading to a number of symptoms and potentially death.

Keep your pets safe.
