When booking and hiring our trailers, please make sure that your vehicle's wiring is in good repair to be connected to our trailers.

Functioning tail lights are a legal requirement!

We have experienced a few bookings that have been cancelled on the day due to vehicle malfunction, our trailers all have well maintained wiring.

Not only is this loss of income for us but also someone else misses out on the booking that they may have wanted due to it being booked and then cancelled.

Running a trailer hire business can be a tough gig.
Early mornings and sometimes late nights.
Please people, if you book a service, show up or at least send a text to cancel.
Not only do I miss out on income but someone else misses out if we are booked up only for you to not show up.
I, in good faith, do not ask for payment on booking but we may need to implement this in the future.
Most hire companies require payment on booking after all.
Thank you to all of our loyal paying customers. 🙂

You will forfeit your deposit if 24hrs notice of cancellation isn't given.
Normal deposit and the balance of the hire fee is payable on collection.
