UPDATE - These two little legends have been sold and will be heading to there new home in around 10 weeks.
Today 22/3/23 Bunny gave birth to these twin boys named "Bram" and "Balor" 56.25% Nigerian Dwarf. Both would make great Bucks, especially Baylor with the moonspots. If there is no interest for intact bucks, they will be seeking new pasture as wethered pets in 10-12 weeks time. I am almost tempted to keep Balor myself !

Till and Christoph went to there new home yesterday where im sure they will be spoilt as family pets. With the next kidding season fast approaching, it wont be long before more are available. If your concidering having some join your family fold, just message with any questions you might have.

On this bright and sunny summers day, "Salty" decided to pop out a pair of happy, healthy and super cute baby boys.
"Till" and "Christoph" are doing great, mum decided to give birth in the thick scrub so when she didnt arrive for dinner I knew what was up. A quick retrieval and back to safe ground. This pair of Aussie mini x Pygmy legends will make fantastic pets.

So on the 20th of November these 2 ankle biters entered the world in one of the worst ways possible.
Mum was having trouble birthing, the boy was coming first and his head was twice the size of his sisters. After trying everything possible for hours and when mum had all but given up. We had to make the hard decision to euthanise her and try to save the kids or risk losing all 3.
Being one of my favourites that I bred myself it wasnt an easy decision to make but with our vet unreachable it was really our only option.
Fast forward almost a month and there both happy and healthy. They will be staying with us for life as there pretty special to us now.
There is light at the end of every tunnel.

Was just about to watch my eyelids when I managed to hear Spicy give birth over the echoing crickets, and buzzing mozquitos. Had to go inspect the twin 25%ND girls.

These 2 little Pygmy legends were born in the brunt of the storm. Elsa and Anna had no issues delivering there maiden kids.
Hades and Zeus have already been sold as wethers to a loving home and will be leaving in 8 to 12 weeks.

Hello everyone,
For all people thinking about adding some goats to your family, below are a few facts and necessities to buying and owning goats.

🐐 A PIC (property identification code) is required to own livestock. If you don’t have one, they are easy to get through LLS (Local Land Services).

🐐Goats require decent sized paddocks with strong fencing. My fences are 1.3m high using 900mm dog mesh with a plain (can be electrified) and barb on top. Consider if you have adequate room for goats and you are allowed to in your zoned area. Goats will not be sold if the intention is to tether them.

🐐 Goats are herd animals and require their own company no matter how much you spoil them, goats will only be sold in pairs unless buyers already have other goats.

🐐 Whethers (castrated males) make the best pets. Where as Bucks (very smelly) and does (very noisy when on heat every 3 weeks typically don’t.

🐐 Goats require shelter from the wind and rain, somewhere dry to escape it. Unlike sheep and cattle, they don’t like getting wet and avoid it passionately.

🐐Goats require a varied diet with supplement feed daily like chaff, hay and pellets (pellets not to excess). they are browsers and generally prefer to pick at anything and everything before they head to the lush green grass. There are also several species of weeds trees and shrubs that are toxic to them such as the nightshade family and lantana.

🐐All goats come disbudded (unless requested otherwise) vaxed and wormed. The ongoing maintenance includes worming, drenching and hoof trimming. All can be done by just one person but is a lot easier with two.

🐐 Goats are very active and love to play, kids cubby houses, logs, seesaws and slides are great additions to their enclosure.

🐐All kids are dam raised and will not be ready to go until 8-12 weeks of age. We do not bottle feed kids unless necessary.

🐐 All my goats are extremely well looked after, and all come registered with AABMGS. The care that goes into them is also reflected in the price as well as the quality of the animal (breeding or pet). All are friendly and quiet around people and eat at your feet. When thrust into a new environment, it takes them some time to adjust and settle in. Given some time and effort they will love scratches and pats, its all relative to the time you put into them.

We have just welcomed twin boys born in the hours of last night. 25% Nigerian Dwarf.Will be taking expressions of interest for the pair that will come Vaccinated, weathered, disbudded and with papers. Available in around 12 weeks time. Mums an Australian Minature, Dad is a 50%Nigerian Dwarf. (Both pictured)
