Welcome to 2023✨

We are back refreshed after enjoying time, space, fresh air and nourishing connections. Something I’m still trying to balance and aim to hold onto through 2023

Hoping you all managed to take a break and realign. We look forward to helping you to keep taking small steps towards a clean healthy diet and boxes are now restocked.

Mmm easy dinners are totally my thing. Well sourced food and very little prep.

My favourite thing is our body’s ability to know when we’ve ticked the ‘enough nutrients’ box, and the hungry messages stop coming. Absolutely a marvel of nature!!😍 (still working on my ability to hear those messages when it comes to chocolate😉)

BTW the crunch of those sunflower shoots was absolutely perfect in these wraps!!

🤔Seeds….tiny little things with so much potential💪🌱

All seeds used at HomeHarvest are nonGMO (genetically modified) which means that they don’t come from a lab🥼and haven’t been tampered with but instead are cultivated solely through pollination🌻

Our seeds are also UNtreated. Seeds can be coated with pesticides and fungicides to try to prevent disease in crops. However our short germination period allows us to use seeds that haven’t been treated using any chemical, biological or physical method.

This allows the seeds to produce the healthiest, tastiest version of itself to nourish your body with goodness✨🌿

Let me introduce you to the girls….🐓

Being chemical and pesticide free, any harvested trays or waste products go directly to the girls who expertly turn it over to make the best compost I’ve ever seen! It then goes into our own vege garden to feed our family.
