Darling Downs is being rebranded as Grain Mix. It is the same product but in a new bag.
3 Grain is being discontinued so your closest product will be the Grain Mix or Vella Scratch Mix.
Or give Auntie Kate's a go, chooks seem to really like the different mix.

With the cold weather upon us, here is some info on feeding chickens during the cooler months.
* PROTEIN- requirements increase during cooler months and is needed to keep them warm
* Low protein intake can lead to lack of laying and eggs!
* FIBRE - essential for gut health, and reduces number of dirty eggs
* CARBOHYDRATES and FATS - are important for energy/warmth
* Barastoc feeds contain the right balance of these macro nutrients
* They also contain "Ridley pre-mix" with essential VITAMINS/MINERALS - to support body functions and build resistance to disease
* All of our feeds are fortified with CALCIUM and PHOSPHORUS - for stronger eggshells and bones

These 2 little fluff balls have come along way in 3 weeks. Spending the first couple of months living rough on the streets, they are now lapping up living in a home. After a couple of weeks of learning what a home is like and that people are kind, they are now loving pats & cuddles, playing with toys, zoomies around the house and snuggling on your lap.
They absolutely love other cats and are happy around dogs.
Vet checked, desexed, microchipped, 1st vaccination, flea, tick and wormed, toilet trained and lifetime registration.
If you have the patience to let them settle for a few weeks believe me, you will be rewarded with a gorgeous best friend. These 2 truly deserve a warm loving forever home.

These 2 fluffy little munchkins were part of our North Gosford trapping so for the first few months were living it rough.
It has taken them 3 weeks living with us to slowly start feeling comfortable enough to enjoy cuddle time.
So if you are after an instant cuddle kitten, then these are not them.
But if you have the patience I can guarantee that they are and will be little sweethearts.
Vet checked, desexed, microchipped, 1st vaccination, flea, tick and wormed and kitty litter trained.

We were lucky enough to get a delivery of some beautiful hay and finally our container is now full of straw. All that rain we had was tough on our supplier as a lot of farmers lost their crop. Come on in and stock up for winter or organise a delivery.
