At South Burnett Equine Assisted Leaning our aim is to engage clients to learn about themselves and others through interaction with horses while processing emotions, feelings and behaviours. Our practitioner, Rachael, is an experienced horsewoman and special needs educator in mainstream schooling. The horses and the facilities at South Burnett EAL will ensure safety and positive outcomes from each session.

This month our mumma Trixie is just about ready to pop. So we are going to have a little contest. Give me your best guess on due date, filly or c**t foal. Morning or evening birth.
Her official due date is 23rd February. But we all know sometimes things don’t happen as planned.

A big thanks to Pete we now have removable saddle racks to pop the saddle on when preparing for our rides.

So apparently I am too slow on these forest walks. Pippa,Ben and Roy joined me today.

Went on a little Forest walk this morning with my 4 legged friends.

Baz and Pippa checking out Ava up on the pole.

Roy trying his hardest to reach the mulberry leaves.

Blue was having a lie down. The others were unsure of what this thing was around the corner. So all had to bravely come and check it out. Blue also was wondering what was it. He didn’t know it was him that was causing the concern.

How many ponies can we fit under the gazebo? Answer- 7! Big sudden rain storm. We all made a dash for the gazebo.

Pippa is getting her last zoomies in for 2023…
