Standard Chicken Mince

This one is a trustworthy favourite.
Our Standard chicken mince is 100% chicken, nothing else.
It's a great starting point to make interesting diverse meals.
We use very meaty chicken frames to make up this budget friendly option.
You can always grab our veg option, to make feeding the pups a variety even easier.

B.A.R.F.

B.A.R.F. stands for "Biologically Appropriate Raw Food" and is a type of diet for cats and dogs. This diet aims to mimic what animals would eat in the wild providing a more natural and nutrition based meal.
The main components are:
Muscle Meat - this can contain meat from various animals and is the main source of protein.
Bones - Raw bones is crucial in providing calcium and other essential nutrients while also keeping their teeth clean and strong.
Organs - 5% Liver and 5% other secreting organ like heart and kidney for vitamins and minerals. Taurine is needed in a cats diet and this where you will find it.
Vegetables and Fruits - Adds fiber and nutrition without a huge amount of calories. Having a nice variety will also add different tastes and textures. For cats this is not needed.
When transitioning to B.A.R.F. it is essential to do so gradually. Always monitor your pets health and needs. Start by introducing small amounts of raw food alongside their regular diet and slowly increase the proportion over time.

If your dog is underweight or has a highly active lifestyle, such as working dogs, they may need up to 5% of their body weight in raw food daily. This ensures they receive the necessary energy and nutrients to support their activity levels.
2. Average Activity Level (Approximately 3% of Body Weight):
For dogs with an average activity level, about 3% of their body weight in raw food per day is typically sufficient. This maintains their weight and health without excess calories.
3. Overweight or Less Active Dogs (Closer to 2% of Body Weight):
If your dog needs to shed some extra kilos or has a more sedentary lifestyle, consider feeding them closer to 2% of their body weight in raw food daily. Pair this with increased exercise for weight management.

This beautiful girl is Marlee, our Pet of the Week.
