Slow and steady - picking on a sunny morning often means we have to wait for our little friends to do their thing.
Bees adore the saffron flowers and spend ages gathering up loads of goodness. We often have to search for the one flower in the bucket containing a buzzing little bee. Eventually they stagger out laden with pollen and make their journey back to the hive.
