Hello everyone Iβd like to officially introduce Queen Bee
Queen Bee has been at HSEQ for couple months now and has one all our hearts over.
We bought her for a broodmare as we were told she wasnβt safe to ride and had some nasty tricks up her sleeve. I never planned on trying to get her back into work but one day Felicity asked me to bring her out for a wash and boy did I fall in love with the giant dog. We instantly connected so we spent the next few weeks hanging out working, grooms, baths all of the good stuff after some time I started to feel a lot of trust. So I started to slowly introduce myself on her with no saddle and as each day went by we got further and further and we slowly worked out her issues. We found a bit she was comfortable with, a set up without a saddle that she was comfortable with and here we are today strolling around the paddocks trotting away here and there.
Yesterday myself and Felicity went for a ride and this was the furthest and longest ride Iβd done on Bee and oh man i was the happiest girl, she didnβt put a foot wrong she did everything to make sure I was safe on her back and I wasnβt going to get hurt if she spooked she would stop quickly and relax.
I canβt wait to see what the future brings us Bee and thank you for keeping me safe and trusting me.
Iβd also like to make note due to what we were told about her being like with a rider I did sign some paperwork at HSEQ in case anything did happen I was aware on what she could doπ
