There is always 1, 2 or 3 that get distracted when it's bedtime 😂

Hatching has begun even a little surprise from one of my broody bantam hens that has been hiding 🐣🐥🥰

Some very young girls starting to call 3 of them 2 x Ivory & 1 x Chocolate I already knew where girls (due to being sex-linked females) but 1 little Pearl Grey decided to join in, hoping more will do the same 🥰

Moving Day 🥰 A few more guinea fowl keets than I was expecting to hatch so had to bypass the medium size brooders & go straight into the bigger brooding shed 😬 but they seem happy with the extra room many trying out their flying skills. Next job on the list will be making up some roosts.

Bit of a slow start to the season but just had these guinea fowl keets hatch from the 2 big nests I found last month from my free-range birds. Mostly Lavender and Pearl Grey will join nicely with the Chocolates & Ivory that hatched last week. Will require heat or a broody hen and a secure brooder. PM for more info
