Today the lovely Stanley headed home and Cooper head home last week, for two OTT thoroughbreds these two geldings have really great temperaments and are very level headed to work with. I'd like to wish all involved all the best for the future ahead and look forward to helping them improve with continued lessons with us at Rudder Equine Services

Today we let Casper go home! He has graduated primary school and will now go on to be a dressage pony with his mum. He's a bit smaller than what she is used to but she'll have heaps of fun with him. We'll sure miss him around here!! 👌💖

Sammy and Jasper were true to the great nature of the Brumby and were both great to lunge. They are both enjoying stable life and have become quite the snugglers, enjoying a cuddle after their work today. 😍💯

A small update on our babies. The brumbies, Sammy and Jasper, are coming along beautifully. The very pretty TB gelding, Joey, is also doing a great job. They'll all get introduced to the round yard today for their first lunge session. Watch this space! 👌

David and his mum, Erin, came out for trail ride today! David has proven himself to be worth his weight in gold after we all (6 of us out riding) had a moment with a large truck passing us! David kept his cool and took his mum safely home. What more could you ask for from a 5yo OTT!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was great to have Bree and Clyde back for a lesson this morning. They are really developing a relationship that I'm positive will continue to grow. Prior to Clyde coming to us for training this was a partnership that was a constant struggle so watching them today gives me so much satisfaction! Great work Bree! 💖

Late post... but over the last month we have been doing some work on our arena in between the rain and working horses. The cattle rail is up and completed now we need it to dry out to hang the rubber 🤠💪

Today we took Clyde to a dressage competition and are super thrilled with his second placing. The hand over to his mum will now begin as we support them on their future endeavours and continue to build the foundations of their partnership. 🎉
