Cat adoptions in Kununurra are very slow, and we have limited foster carers — some weeks we take in up to 15 cats, which is more than we can keep locally.

✨ Please desex your cats (legally required over 6 months).
Our PAWPULATION CONTROL program offers FREE cat desexing — no questions asked.

Contact us if you’d like to meet them before they fly to Cat Haven in Perth.

We get new kittens all the time — if you don’t see your match today, leave an Expression of Interest and we’ll let you know when new arrivals come in!

Reminder that any street cats caught for desexing this month will put the catcher in the draw for great prizes! 😋

Since all cats over 6 months old legally need to be desexed, you can catch any street cat for sterilisation without consequences. We will scan for a microchip and refer to the shire if we are unsure.

Disagree with TNR (Trap Neuter Release)? The shire hires out traps for a returnable deposit if you'd prefer the cat euthanised.

Call the vet clinic directly on 9169 1229 to book! We offer the surgery for free but donations are welcomed. We want less breeding cats on the streets!

Meet Choccy 🐾

Choccy is a 5–6 month old Cattle Dog x with the sweetest nature.
He was found wandering the streets with a bad eye, but with some TLC he’s now completely healed and thriving.
He’s great with people, loves other dogs, and absolutely loves swimming and going for walks. He’s a happy, active boy ready for his new home!
