Meet Pingu!

This cutie was surrendered to the pound at absolutely no fault of her own.

Pingu is a very affectionate and playful girl. The lab gene is strong in her, she's a guts for food and loves the water and has the cutest bum wriggle when she walks. She also has a typical lab double coat of fur.

Pingu likes to dunk her whole face and front legs into her water bowl when drinking. It's very cute and comical.

Pingu has shown to be quite submissive to other dogs and shows good manners of leaving them be if they growl at her.

Like all puppies Pingu will require consistent training and boundaries to grow into the best dog she can be. She will do best in a home where she is included in daily life, given mental and physical stimulation and of course plenty of love.

Pingu $400 + $100 desex bond* to adopt and comes microchipped, C5 vaccinated, and given flea/tick/worm prevention.

*Desex bond will be refunded once pup is desexed at one of our nominated vets at the appropriate age. It is a non-negotiable conditions of adoption that pups are desexed prior to 8 months of age, unless otherwise approved by NQAR. The cost of desexing is included in the adoption fee, as long as it is done at one of our nominated vets.

We have had a massive intake of dogs and puppies over the last couple of weeks. They are safe with their foster carers and getting vet work done.

These are a few of the new faces that will be coming up over the next week or so. Keep an eye out for their profiles, they won't be ready for meets until their profiles are live.

It's been a quiet few weeks with the rain, but I didn't mind at all. It's allowed me to catch up on the little jobs at home. But now it's great to pick up again and it's even better to start with little Zola. As most would know, I love this little girl. 🥰

Hi friends, my name is Gromit.

I am a smol little pup but my heart is super big.
I was rescued a few weeks ago from some good Samaritans who found me on the street.
They reached out to RAA who flew me into Cairns and the rest is history 😎

I seem to steal the hearts of so many people, but I am yet to find my forever home.

I really love hanging with my foster fur sister, and am learning boundaries with her.
Being a pup, I get a little excited, and can play play play. I also love to cuddle her though and give her lots of kisses to show how much I appreciate her.

I would really suit a home with young children and would love another doggy friend to keep me company play with.

I think I will be a small/medium sized boy, so I am perfect for adventures, car rides and being little spoon.

The sweetest boy in the world - Tigger 🤩

Tigger is a very sweet puppy that had a rough start to life. But over the past few weeks he's been gaining strength and coming out of his shell!

He is super content watching the world happen around him. But loves a little play during zoomie-hours! It's been incredible watching him develop his confidence.

Tigger would love to find a home with a family that is gentle, happy and can show him kindness. No doubt would love to have another doggie to play with too!

Sassy 🖤 🤍

With her personality being the same as her name, we can already tell that she is going to be the boss of the house 🤪

Sassy is an adorable Kelpie puppy who is in need of a loving home!

Sassy has been raised with young children and other dogs and has displayed nothing other than affection, gentleness and a whole heap of love to give.

Sassy is extremely playful and loves to run around with her fur friends. If she’s not getting up to mischief with her foster sister, she can be found snuggling up in the bed or on the couch for a cuddle.

Sassy is already crate and house-trained, and is being taught commands like 'sit' and 'paw shake'!

Dolly is a happy, energetic, funny little gal,

She loves to cuddle and needs company to fall asleep.

She is adventurous and smart and loves to explore, but she is always safe and sticks close by her humans.

She is super affectionate and enjoys playing with toys or anything she can get her teeth on. She would make the perfect family pet as she loves kids and really everyone.

As we don't know what breed her parents are, its anyone's guess what she could be, we don't know how big she will get or her energy levels when she is grown. She is definitely a mix of a few different breeds.
