Gorgeous Tess is a 1-year-old Kelpie X who would be perfect for an active person ready to take their new bestie on morning runs, Sunday afternoon hikes, and camping trips with friends.

Tess had a bit of a rough start to life but is a sweet girl and enjoys company. As she's only 1 and had been somewhat neglected she has a lot to learn, but with Kelpie's we know that they'll give you so much more in return for the effort you put into them 🫶

Dog friendly - yes but her play style can be a bit rough and she needs a proper introduction.
Cat friendly - not tested
Child friendly - due to her energy levels and general bounciness, Tess would be best suited with older children
House trained - no, mainly outside dog but is crated inside overnight with nil issues.
Size - medium 16kgs
Energy level - high

Tess has had a bit of a rough start in life and was somewhat neglected before coming into care. Despite this, she is a sweet girl who loves to play and be around people.

She is starting to learn manners and about playing with toys.

Tess will definitely need a home with someone who is prepared to put time into training and setting boundaries and who will give her plenty of exercise to use up her kelpie youngster energy.

Tess is $350 to adopt and comes desexed, microchipped, C5 vaccinated and given flea, tick and worm preventatives.

It was an absolute pleasure looking after Chuck at K9 River Retreat. He's an amazing boy who's off to New Zealand today with Dogtainers to catch up with his mum and dad. I'll miss you Chuck. 🙂

Sweet Malibu was found abandoned in the Holloways Beach Community Gardens with her siblings Mercury and Maisey. They have both been adopted now so Malibu is feeling a little left out 🥺

Malibu is a 21 week old Bull Arab x Mastiff and has been in our care for 6 weeks. She is a typical puppy who loves sleeping, cuddles and playing.
