Hello to all our lovely followers. Yesterday K9 River Retreat received a 1 star review from a private dog sitter in Cairns.
I have never met the lady and her dog has never boarded with us. We’ve always worked well together with other boarding facilities and private pet sitters and send them lots of costumers, especially the ones we are unable to accommodate. Although we have also heard some very concerning reports about some private sitters, we would never dream of criticising other businesses. Personally, I’ve been incredibly saddened to receive such a negative review from this lady which has brought down our overall rating. I’m wondering if anyone has used her services before?
