Here's what we found.

Dogs are not completely colourblind, but they perceive colors differently from humans. While humans have three color receptors (cones) in their eyes, dogs only have two, meaning they see fewer colours.

They have a more limited colour range and are most sensitive to blues and yellows. Reds and greens, however, appear as shades of gray to them.

So, while your dog might not be able to spot a red ball as well as you do, they will be able to find toys in blue or yellow much easier!🩶💛💚❤️💙
