FIFO FOSTER CARERS NEEDED 🐾

Are you a FIFO worker needing your dog fix? We are in need of 1 week foster periods to our doggies who have been here a while can get some respite from kennel and relax in a home.

We are looking for both ongoing foster periods and one off so you can have the same pooch each time or you can choose to make a new furry friend!

All costs are covered by DRH as well as everything you could possibly need, provided!

At the moment we are looking for pet free homes please 💙

I got to spend 3 amazing days upskilling & learning from the best - May Wong. Lucky enough to attend 2 seminars and 2 hands on workshops in that time, watching May work her magic and trying to absorb as much of her teaching as possible.
Thank you so much to those that made this event happen - Jodie Wilson for all of your hard work & Plush Puppy for some awesome prizes and products! and as always so fun to catch up with some of the beautiful groomers of WA! 🐾 ❤️

🚨PARVO VIRUS OUTBREAK🚨

We have diagnosed two Parvovirus cases in the past 48 hours

Parvovirus is a very contagious virus and can survive in the environment for months. This is a very serious disease that can be fatal if left untreated.

It is spread directly via contact with faeces but can be carried into houses via clothing and shoes, so your dog doesn’t have to be in contact with another dog or go outside to catch this virus.

The only way to control and prevent this disease is by vaccination. Please make sure your dog is up to date with vaccinations. If you are unsure or would like to book a vaccination appointment please call the clinic on 9419 4133

Symptoms include diarrhoea (often bloody and foul smelling), vomiting, lethargy and inappetence. If you are arriving for a consultation and your pet is experiencing any of the above symptoms please stay in your car and call us when you have arrived so we can direct you into our dedicated consult room.

Many of us have lost special women in our lives to cancer, or know those who are fighting, or sadly, will have to face this battle at some point. This Saturday I am walking in memory of my Mum, in the - my Mum was diagnosed with Bowel Cancer but no matter which it is, the battle is the same & I pray there are the best resources with which to fight when a loved one is diagnosed. I’ll be walking 35kms on Sat to help raise funds. If you are able to donate, no matter how small, your support is so much appreciated! 🙏
