Their reduced $50 adoption fee covers everything - microchipping, desexing, lifetime registration, current vaccination, flea and worming treatments, PLUS training support 🙌

We have been very fortunate to receive a training grant from SavourLife. Part of this grant has been allocated to support these gorgeous dogs while they transition from shelter life.

We have teamed up with Sigrid from Property Pups to provide professional training assistance for adopters or foster carers 🐾

Urgent ‼️ Foster Carers Needed ‼️

Both our facilities are at capacity. We urgently need foster carers who have a safe space and a willingness to help. We have puppies, adolescents and adult dogs that are currently not coping in the pound environment.

Must have requirements:

⭐️ If you already have a dog, they must be desexed and up to date with their vaccinations. A meet and greet will also be required with the foster dog/pup.

⭐️ You must have safe, secure fencing with no gaps. You will be asked to supply photos of your fencing.

⭐️ If renting, you will need to supply proof of permission for dogs from your landlord.

⭐️ Must live local to our Charmhaven or Erina facilities and have access to reliable transport.

⭐️ If you have a holiday booked in the next few weeks, or are going away it probably won’t work. Foster carers are asked to continue fostering until their foster dog is adopted. We don’t have respite carers.

🥳 OUT OF STOCK ‼️ 55 Kilo's Purchased .... Thank You ♥️🐾

🌭 𝗦𝗡𝗔𝗚 𝗔 𝗞𝗜𝗟𝗢 🌭

We will be holding a Bunnings Sausage Sizzle at Lakehaven, Saturday 23/3/24 from 8am to 4pm.

Previously we put out a call for items needed to hold this event. A number of wonderful community members pledged to donate all items except for the sausages.

The awesome team at Coast Animal Health Lakehaven have pledged to cover the cost of 10 kilo's of sausages, but we need a further 55 kilo's.

To raise the funds needed to purchase the remaining 55 kilo's, we are holding a 'SNAG A KILO' fundraiser.

Making a 'SNAG A KILO' donation of $12.50, we can buy a kilo of Thin BBQ sausages.... hopefully we will reach our 55 kilo target !!!!

All money raised at this event will assist us cover the cost for Izzy, our beautiful girl who is at our Charmhaven Shelter. Izzy requires cruciate ligament surgery costing $5000.

Tank was placed in the overnight kennels at our Charmhaven facility. No notes were left.

Unfortunately we have been unable to reach his microchipped owner.
