Tunnel Ridge Ranch is Hiring. If you're a positive, outgoing, and experienced Cook, we'd love you to join our vibrant Christian Camping venue team.

What is needed?

- Large group, commercial kitchen or restaurant cooking experience
- Working with Children Blue Card or ability to get one
- Food Safe handling or supervisor cert (or willingness to get it)
- heart to serve and show love through food
- great organizational skills
- experience with cooking for groups of 50-100

Camps happen week in week out, throughout the year, and so does the role! Hours vary, but primarily shifts between 6am and 8pm weekdays. Only occasional weekend camps!

Role starts immediately - Job ad closes when a suitable candidate is found. If in doubt, apply early!

Holiday Camps are filing up fast ... there is still room left at all our camps, and our Senior Christmas Camp in particular.

From now until the end of November, if you sign up for any of our camps over the December / January period, receive a discount of $30, making camp only $499.

And if you refer a friend that registers for the same camp as your child, you'll both receive a $20 credit for our snack bar during camp. Just make sure to let us know who you have referred so can make sure the snack bar is stocked and ready for our campers!

This weekend I will be taking part in the Mooloolah Night Markets - Saturday, November 4th from 3-8pm as a fundraiser for a few of my favourite places - Tunnel Ridge Ranch, Rhythm Initiative, and Freedom International.

I'll be selling a few amazing things - Gourmet Gluten Free Christmas Puddings for $15 - 2 for $25 and a large selection of genuine Carve Sunglasses for an absolute steal - some up to 75% of the RRP.

Not often we are thankful for fire - but this one of those times. Thank you so much to the local Rural Fire Service for keeping our property and surrounding bush land safe - burning the undergrowth and bush surrounding our bunkhouse, tents, and main road in means this fire season should see us safe and protected. Not to mention the regeneration of our natural bush land.

As we near the end on 2022 we have our annual summer camps!

We are offering 3 seperate camps these December/January holidays:
- 19th - 22nd December is our 4 day Christmas Camp
for kids/teens aged 10-15yrs

- 8th - 13th January is our JUNIOR summer round up
for campers in grades 4 - 6.

- 15th - 20th January is our SENIOR summer round up
for campers in grades 7 - 10.
