I apologise to those who have messaged and I haven't responded. I've been having ongoing problems with my page and messaging. After many attempts of uninstalling, reinstalling, updating tje app.. I think (hopefully) it's working now.
Disconnecting and reconnecting the Instagram to the page again appears to have fixed it? I'm still not receiving all the notificationas, but at least it appears my messages are showing up in the inbox correctly and conversations are readable.
