I swear this year has been harder than the 2 years of covid.

I feel bad for having to make yet another post about life hurdles.

The week just gone marked 10 years since surviving breaking my neck. As you could imagine, it was a very emotional week, mainly positive emotions of all I have achieved despite the challenges of living with chronic pain.

However, life didn't seem to think this week was hard enough..

Wednesday I was rear ended by a truck..

My page, although seems to be less buggy, it is still buggy and I'm still not receiving inbox messages properly.

I do have babies ready to, and will be taking them into Pets Domain Corio as soon as I am able to.

We have some gorgeous boys at Pets Domain Corio now ready for their new homes!

Unfortunately I cannot arrange private pick-up appointments, however the staff at Pets Domain are wonderful.

Still having issues with my page..

Now I am actually seeing message notifications, but when I go to read the message, nothing is showing up.

I'm still having problems posting photos to my page as well.
I've read on a couple of forums outside of Facebook, this is a common issue for many users.

I apologise for these ongoing issues.

Maybe I should just go make a MySpace account lol.

If you're interested in wanting some rats and haven't heard from me, I do have an instagram under the same name as my page. I'm not very good at remembering to check the inbox though.

We currently have 5 boys available at Pets Domain Corio. Some are downunders, which means they have a matching coloured stripe on thier tummy to their back.

I plan to bring in my next 2 litters this week, they will be ready by Friday 7th October

Unfortunately I haven't had the pleasure of personally using their services, however I can say their customer service is above and beyond.

I had a very up and down journey looking and waiting for my next prospect assistance dog, Pet shuttles were nothing but understanding and patient with me.

I was very excited when they said Yes! When I asked if they transported rats!

Since Qantas changed their policies and flight transport is no longer financially viable option for interstate travel I haven't had a means to send my babies interstate anymore.

I'm excited to be finally able to offer my babies interstate again!

We have 4 boys at Pets Domain Corio at the moment. They are all different shades of this gorgeous caramel colour and have different white markings on their tummies.
The boys are $60 a pair.

The girls are still here at the Rattery, they will be at Pets Domain Corio in a week or so.

I am still working out what went wrong with my page. I can make posts to my page via instagram (it's how I made this post), I know I have a lot of messages to respond to, I feel bad I haven't been able to keep up the past few months! I can't seem to catch a break!
I'll get back to you as soon as I can! I promise!

I have one other litter at the moment, and a few more paired, however they have been paired for a while now, and still no sign of babies.. Hopefully we see some signs of babies in the near future.

Among all the struggles over the last few months, finally something exciting happened! I got a second job at Pets Domain Corio!
Pretty exciting!!

I have been doing my best to respond to everybody, however I find pages not very user friendly. I am not ignoring you!

I took an unexpected little break from breeding, but hopefully things are beginning to flatten out.

We have a couple of litters ready for their homes in about a week or two from now. They will be available through Pets Domain Corio.

I have posted some videos of them through my tiktok account. Hopefully now that I am catching up with everything, I can start to post those videos here as well.

I had no intention of taking a break from social media. Each day I have had every intention to make a post and read and respond to messages. Depression sucks. Life is already difficult enough without mental illness. But I have not given up and I won't give up. I am taking each day as it come. Each moment at a time. I know I will improve. It just seems it's taking longer than other times. But that's okay.
If mental illness made sense, it wouldn't be considered an illness.
I am thankful for all the support I am receiving. It truly does make a positive difference.

I received some devastating news about my assistance dog Koopa.

I am aware I have not managed to respond to many messages lately. I will respond as soon as possible, but it may not be for a few more days.

I have been struggling with depression over the last few months, and as I have started to feel I was seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, my dog was diognosed with terminal cancer.

We found out this week he has aggressive bone cancer, and saying our goodbyes today.
