Adventure Vets will be on the East Coast again on Wednesday Dec 10th . For those of you from Dolphin Sands affected by the bushfires, I would be happy to have a look at your pets if you have any concerns. Please get in contact with us either by email ([email protected]) or text (0477179070) and we will arrange a spot to meet up. If you need any pet related items from Launceston I can try to help with that too. Be safe and take care.

Hey Tassie pet parents! While our furry friends gear up for summer adventures we are taking some well deserved time off ! Our mobile vet van will be parked up from December 11th to January 7th- zero house calls (except for Santa’s reindeer, maybe?).

If you need a medication refill to carry you through the holiday period please let us know in advance.
If your pet happens to need care during the closure, check out our trusted local partners …Animal Emergency Hospital Launceston…Animal Emergency Service Hobart.

Hello Folks, just wanted to apologise for the ongoing issues with our phone. Several weeks ago I switched our mobile phone service to a VoiP provider in an attempt to streamline our communications. In theory it sounded fantastic but in reality it has been nothing but trouble. We will be moving back to our regular provider this coming week but in the interim we are still having some issues with texts and calls. Email is currently the most reliable way to reach us.

It was a windy one yesterday on the East Tamar! It was reeking havoc with certain things you normally only find near a dog park…

Our phone seems to be working again but not showing up saved contacts so if you can include your full name when you’re texting that would be great. You can now leave voicemails for us and it will convert them to text. Hopefully these changes will make keeping on top of things a bit easier for us.

My shoulder is slowly getting better so Andrew will be driving me around again this week and you will see both of our smiling faces.

Hello Folks, we have been having problem with our mobile phone. It’s started yesterday and is still giving us issues. We can’t make or receive calls or text messages at the moment. We are working on getting it fixed. If you need anything please send an email to [email protected]

🐾 Temporary Time Off Notice 🐾

Hi everyone! Just a quick update to let you know that I’ll be taking a short break from August 6th to August 12th as I undergo shoulder surgery. 💪

During this time, I won’t be available for in-person appointments, but I can still assist with medication refill requests and may be available for occasional phone consults, depending on how I’m feeling.

I’ll be back on the road shortly after, with Andrew helping out while I recover. Thank you for your patience and understanding — and for keeping those big/bouncy dogs on lead while I heal! 🐕

Newest member of the Adventure Vets team…please welcome Cleveland. He is a very chatty fellow; especially first thing in the morning. He excels at catching flys, zoomies, stealing food and wrestling with the dogs.
