Daa Da...Daa Da...We're back!!
We had a great holiday and are excited to be seeing your pets again. Apologies to those who received excessive text messages when you contacted us- my auto text reply when a bit haywire and since I left my work phone in Tassie (forced relaxation) I couldn't fix it.
We will resume our usual schedule tomorrow....

Thursday/Friday as requested
Adventure Vets will be closed from Friday May 31st till Monday 17th June for annual leave. The phone will be unattended during this time. If you need assistance please contact your local veterinary hospital or out of hours service.
If you need a medication refill please contact us soon to make sure you have enough to get you through.
Changes on the horizon! Some of you have seen us out and about in our Sprinter already. We are planning to have her completed by July. We ‘re-homed’ the Cruiser and she is now on the mainland with lovely new owners.

If I've not responded to any of your text messages I do apologise. After dropping my phone (for like the 100th time) it finally broke the screen and when I transferred my sim to the new phone I lost most of my text message history. If your waiting on a response from me please text me again. I promise i'm not slack, just very clumsy.
Adventure Vets Holiday Schedule
We will be taking some time off over Christmas. We will be closed from Saturday December 23rd through Sunday Dec 31st.
If you need to see us this week or refills of any ongoing meds please let us know.
Adventure Vets is working on the West Tamar as usual tomorrow (our dogs are taking the day off….typical).
If you need anything just let us know.

At Symmons Plains for the race today….
You may not know that Adventure Vets sponsors a car in the Improved Production catogory in the Tasmanian Circut Racing Championships. A Ford EB Falcon with a 351 V8 driven by our very own Andrew Colquhoun.
Andrew works with Adventure Vets full time as a vet assistant and the occasional shift at the LGH as a Registerd Nurse.
During his free time he is a very keen motor sports enthusiast.
Adventure Vets will be going on annual leave from June 5th-June 22nd. If your furry friend is prescribed ongoing medication please contact us to get a refill before we leave to make sure you have enough to see you through.
