With the impending Royal season I thought we had better blow off the cobwebs. And the weather heard me say 'blow', so blow it did 🤪🌬

It was the Cradle Coast Kennel Club cluster of three shows with judges Sheryl Pike (SA), Michel Glover (Vic) and Darren Bowey (Vic).

We have had to keep it 'hush hush' for a few weeks, but now we can announce Lil's photo of Benni & Liina was chosen as a finalist in Young Photographer section of the inaugural "Best in Show" photography awards hosted by the David Roche Gallery in Adelaide.
Lil's work will be on display as a part of the exhibition for the next few weeks.

🌹FLEUR & Lil made a gorgeous modelling duo this morning at

In what were probably the toughest conditions possible and only two weeks into the 13-U19 years age group, Lil did herself (and her parents) incredibly proud in the 2025 Tasmanian Junior Handlers State Final.

Her chosen dog was her own dog, Fleur (Ch. Neut Ch. Armahani Iolite Ilo (ai) HT). The dog selected for her by the judge was an Australian Silky Terrier. Thank you to all owners who allow their dogs to be used by Juniors. It is truly appreciated.

Lil placed a very commendable third in her age group.

Today, we ventured to the Tasmanian Kennel Club double show in what were some of the worst show conditions we have experienced in a while. The rain. The mud. Did I mention the mud?

But Lil + Aila • Aetozee Aubrey Haive (AI) didn't let the conditions get in the way of their success.
