Animal Rights and Rescue Group has been operating since 1995 and this year is our 30th year of running.

Many in the community are still not aware of our presence, so we'll be holding an information stall at Petbarn Lismore Square to give the public an opportunity to learn about ARRG.

We are volunteer and foster care driven. It is fundamental to our organisation to have dedicated volunteers and foster carers.

We'd love to meet members of the community who have a serious interest in ensuring the continuation of our mission to provide safe, loving and secure homes with responsible pet owners as well as helping those in times of crisis.

The gorgeous Alex and Doug will be there to accept all the pats and maybe even a furever home.

Hope to see you there and thank you to Petbarn for their continued support of ARRG.

Thankyou to everyone who brought in gifts for the dogs, cats and bunnies still waiting for their families, so that they too can feel the love 🐾❤️

MEET EMMA

We are still looking for a loving home for Emma, and our Rangers are desperately trying to find her a home before Christmas!

Emma is a beautiful tan Australian Kelpie/American Staffy mix, approximately five years old. Sadly, her owners have not been located since she was found wandering.

Emma is an energetic, playful and friendly dog who gets along well with humans and other dogs. She would thrive in an active family who can keep up with her boundless energy and enthusiasm.

There is also the option for temporary care, so if you’re interested in meeting Emma or providing her with a temporary or permanent home, please contact our Rangers on 6625 0500.

Adoption fee: $410, which includes vaccination, vet check, desexing, and lifetime registration.
