🌟 CLUB GROUNDS UPDATE 🌟
Our club grounds aren’t quite finished yet… but wow, they are looking incredible! And it’s all thanks to our amazing local members and generous local businesses who have stepped up in a big way.

We want to give a massive shoutout to the following legends:

Well done to our newest members who competed at the Traralgon Pony Club dressage jackpot on the weekend.
Chelsea winning Grade 1 and Lacey got a 4th and a 6th.

Great day at pony club yesterday for our kids
We were lucky to have some awesome instructors for the day.
Alice Murray- took show jumping where the girls learnt about timing, tracking up to a jump, to try and work out the speed you need to approach a jump.
Kim - did some grid work, helping the kids to learn about spacing correct leads and strides.
Taina- took the kids for flat work and helping to teach the horses to be supple and forward.

After lunch Alice took everyone over some cross country jumps.

Was a great day on the ponies.

Well Done to our Longford Pony Club members for trying so hard today at the East Gippsland Zone of Pony Clubs games day at Bairnsdale Pony Club. Getting through fears, naughty ponies and supercharged ones, and to one competing in her first ever event. Each and every one of the kids showed just how much they have learnt and to be there to support and encourage each other. Ribbons don't mean they did not win, they won because they have each other.
