Thank you all so much for your kind messages and support since the announcement. 💕

We will be starting our goodbye sale this Friday, and will be closed until then whilst we get a few things sorted.

If you have vouchers, now is your time to spend them! But don't stress, we won't be closing the doors until the end of August so there's still plenty of time 😀

I have had a few questions regarding whether the store will remain online. I am yet to make this decision but will obviously keep you all posted!

DON’T 👏 LEAVE 👏 PETS 👏 IN 👏 CARS 👏 ON 👏 HOT 👏 DAYS 👏

Last Saturday, we got called out to reports a small puppy had been left in a hot car.

It was over 34 degrees that day and the poor pup was left without food or water and the vehicle window left open less than a fingertip.

After several failed attempts to get in touch with the owner, the decision was made to smash a window to retrieve the distressed puppy.

The inside of the car would have been 45+ degrees… 🥵

The puppy was handed over to the local Council ranger and then taken for a check-up and thankfully, is fine.

It turns out the owner was gone for over three hours while attending a restaurant nearby. They will be charged in relation to Harmful restraint.

This is an important reminder that it is illegal to leave an animal unattended inside a car for more than 10 minutes when outside temperatures are at or above 28 degrees Celsius.

Great work to these members who saved this puppy’s life. 🐾 👮🏻‍♂️

Horsey friends in the area, we had a car pull up just after 2am and pull a spotlight out to take a good look at our gate, floats and sheds.
Our surveillance footage has been provided to the police 👮 Often we see a few floats from the same area get stolen so wanted to spread the word so you can be prepared 👀

𝗧𝗢𝗞𝗬𝗢 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟬 | It's 3️⃣ days until the Paralympic Games 💚💛...and also Victoria Davies' birthday! 🎂

Victoria Davies Para Equestrian will be making her Paralympic debut at Tokyo 2020 riding her own stunning golden Lusitano stallion, Celere,😍 and supported by groom Shae Herwig.

Victoria was diagnosed with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis early on and later in her teens re-diagnosed, negative Rheumatoid factor with onset Juvenile. Only 20% of patients around the world are diagnosed with negative factor.

Having undergone 42 operations to date, scared lungs, scoliosis, bilateral total hip replacements, triple Arthrodesis and Basilar Invagination Victoria is also highly immune suppressed.

"It has always been a goal to compete at the Paralympics and come home with a medal, however... life is short. Each day I wake up and I'm able to jump in the saddle it's a goal to be cherished " - Victoria Davies

Yarra Valley Equestrian Park (at the Hunt Club) will present to Yarra Ranges Council this Tuesday 10th August at 7pm.
We will be the first item on the agenda and we need you to show the council how important YVEP is by logging into the live stream which can be accessed here:
