We couldn’t host the annual Garden Fair without the support of key volunteers, therefore it’s paramount that proceeds from the event go back into the community.

As a result of the success of last year’s Garden Fair, we are pleased to announce that over $35,000 was reinvested back into the community.

The Team at Bolobek are very proud to be The Naming Rights Sponsor for The Bolobek Gisborne ARC TTT HRCAV Showjumping Day on the 29th September 2024.

The event will be held at the I.R. Robertson Reserve which was donated by and named in memory of Hugh's father, Ian Robertson. It is so wonderful to see the Reserve utilised so well, providing a home for over 300 equestrian club members ranging in age from 4 years to 85 years.

Entries are now open for The Bolobek Gisborne District Adult Riding Club TTT Showjumping Day 2024 via Event Secretary.

We wish the best of luck to all those competing and supporting the event.

We are delighted to announce that the Bolobek Garden Fair (formerly known as the Garden Lovers' Fair) will be held on the 5th & 6th of October at Bolobek. The Fair will once again showcase a fabulous range of specialty stallholders, speakers and demonstrations. All profits from the Fair will be donated to a variety of local community groups with a horticultural and/or environmental focus.

We wish to thank the Mount Macedon & District Horticultural Society for their support in growing and supporting this event to become what it is today.

We are very excited to welcome you to Bolobek this weekend. The weather is looking to be perfect for a garden visit and the autumn colours are just divine 🍁

Owner, Brigid Robertson will be leading garden tours (subject to demand) at 2pm on Saturday and Sunday. Tours will commence from the top of the vegetable garden stairs.

Please remember to enter via 370 Mt Macedon Road and follow the signs to the parking.

We open Bolobek at the end of this month which is always a very popular garden opening.

It's a magnificent heritage listed rural property is situated in the foothills of the Macedon Ranges in all its full autumn glory.

The garden features mature Linden, Birch and Oaks. It truly is an oasis with a walled rose garden where mature, espaliered fruit trees augment mass climbers to clothe the walls. There are poplar and crab apple walks, lilac hedges, herbaceous borders, prize winning dahlias and a creek and fernery all tied together by sweeping lawns.

Woodland areas allow exploration of beds of mature woodland shrubs - and an orchard where over-mature trees are being steadily replaced with new plantings.

Rafaels Coffee will be providing hot drinks, there'll be Hesket Estate wine sales and plants from Autumn Joy Nursery and White House Nursery for sale at this opening.
