Premium Dressage Agistment and Dressage Training We are 10 minutes drive to the beautiful Boneo Park and approximately 1.5 hours to Werribee Park.

Red Hill Dressage Stables offer a premium agistment and dressage training facility on the stunning Mornington Peninsula. We pride ourselves on our world class, brand new facilities. Both horse and rider are completely comfortable whilst agisting at our stables.

We are looking for an experienced stable hand to support our 5 star boutique Agistment Center.

Average of 20 hours per week. Morning and or afternoon shifts. Must be available to work weekends.

Feeding
Rugging
Cleaning stables
Leading horses

Must be able to drive a quad bike and small kabota for feed run and stable cleaning.

Training provided but successful applicant will need to start asap.

Excellent remuneration for the right candidate.

*** Stable Manager Position ***

Searching for a full time Stable Manager to assist the owner in running Red Hill Equestrian.

Average of 40 hours per week

Please only apply if you can answer yes to all the following requirements:-

- Must have owned your own horses
- Must understand the importance of horse medication
- Must be able to prepare a roster
- Must be able to follow a diary
- Must be able to clean stables
- Must be able to put on/off horse rugs
- Must know how to put on boots correctly
- Must be reliable, friendly and organised
- Must be neat and tidy
- Must have full car license
- Prior horse management experience highly preferable

Monday - 10am - 2pm
Wednesday - 10am - 2pm

- Must be reliable and punctual

- Must have eye for detail

RHE Farm Hand - POSITION DESCRIPTION

• practical activities, e.g. driving tractors, operating machinery, feeding livestock, spraying fields, etc;
• buying supplies, such as fertiliser and seeds;
• develop, maintain and continuously improve to the highest possible standards RHE’s property and associated
properties;
• grading of indoor and outdoor arenas;
• cleaning and disinfection of tie-up bays and stables;
• assist in the maintenance of all equipment including tractors, mowing equipment, gardening equipment, power tools
and any other equipment used in maintaining the properties;
• assist in the maintenance of water troughs in RHE property and associated properties;
• general maintenance duties as required on the day to day basis
• maintain gardens and general appearance of the property including, but not limited to; owing and edging of lawns,
w**ding and w**d spraying, fertilising, aerating and removing thatch, care for established lawns and garden beds
including pruning and trimming of trees, mulching including the use of chipping equipment, replanting of all plant
flower species, irrigation/maintenance and installation, follow landscape designs where necessary, upkeep of dam
areas, sweeping of necessary areas to maintain a tidy appearance, removal of unnecessary rubbish as required,
clearance of debris if and when necessary and blowing of debris;
• arranging the maintenance and repair of buildings, machinery and equipment;
• ensuring that farm activities comply with government regulations;
• monitoring animal health and welfare, including liaising with vets;
• maintaining a knowledge of pests and diseases and an understanding of how they spread and how to treat them;
• applying health and safety standards across the farm estate;
• protecting the environment and maintaining biodiversity
