Twin Doe's today! 4.75kg and 5.50kg. Good effort mum! Had to pull the second one, got pretty stuck. This doe always provides us with nice kids.

Kidding has started at Matrix Boer Goats! Probably the best kidding season we have had. It's worth doing the research into your soil type and getting the right combination of vitamins and mineral supplements to suit your herd. It makes extraordinary differences. This year so far we have had our kids all over 4kg mark. Still have a few does to kid but looking great so far for birth weight improvements. 4kg has been for twin bucks and single doe at 5.25kg was awesome. Other set of twins 1 doe 4.20kg and buck 5.50kg.

The boys a bit confused about their feed times!. I normally feed afternoon but slowly changing to mornings due to commitments. They hung around like this for hours. They are now down with the routine!

The boys demolishing the black wattle! Our property was covered with black wattle, however not too much left now due to the awesome clearing abilities of goats! The goats go crazy for it as soon as they see you pulling down a branch for them to enjoy.
