Each season I find myself adding something to the list….. although I always say no more 🫢.

This season we are focusing on expanding our Japanese Bantam and Belgian D’uccle flocks so why not throw a whole new breed in while we are at it.

Posted eggs are always a gamble but let’s hope we have success 🤞🏻(or we might just try again 😜)

Frosty morning 🥶🥶🥶

A progress video of our broilers. These not so little ones are now 6wks old and this gives an idea of how fast they grow for those interested. They are currently consuming 40kg of feed and 80L of water per day. 230 chickens in total. We will start processing very soon and have the best home grown chicken in the freezer for another 12mths.
