This place is fantastic. The yards are well maintained and securely fenced. My dog had an amazing time sniffing around the yards It's also such a nice spot for us humans to chill out while the dogs sniff and play. We've been twice and I have another booking coming up too!

My two are working dogs with piles of energy. They love nothing more than to get to Kimz and just run. It’s only us so there’s no problems with other owners or dogs. We throw a ball, they sniff around while I enjoy the peace and fresh air. Works brilliantly for us. Thanks Kim for sharing your paddocks.

We enjoyed our first visit this morning. Perfect place to go for an off leash adventure without having to worry about any other dogs. Easy to book, great setup, everything has been thought of and only 5 minutes from home 🙂 I have already rebooked!

Easy & simple to book. Perfect for reactive dogs who need their own space to stretch their legs in a safe environment. Will be coming back regularly after our first successful visit today. No longer need to worry about other owners taking their untrained dogs off lead in public areas.

Our 5yo Staffy had the best time here today! We will definitely be back with his pals to enjoy the space again, highly recommend! The area is clean, big open spaces and plenty of places to explore, horses and birds to see! It was raining and there is an undercover area to sit and relax. Thanks Kim 🙂

Jess, 19 mth old Border Collie enjoyed her first Sniff Space. The facilities are great.Three paddocks to explore incl. sandhill, water station and seating in every paddock. Everything is clean and tidy and clearly marked. Next time I would choose a different day and time then Friday 3pm the traffic down South is crazy and also I can't stand the smell of Sandalwood coming from a Mosque near by.

Beautiful property! Bean loved running over the sand hill and sniffing around all the trees. We loved how secure it was and well maintained. We now have an exhausted dog which can be tricky to achieve for a gsp! We can’t wait to return!

Absolutely loved Kimz Dog Park. Our little pup could run free and explore without any worries of other dogs being around (because his recall is still a work in progress!) We had a great time at our first Sniff Space experience, our Labrador loved it and we'll be back! The land was as per the photos and secure with clear arrival instructions and easy to find. There are a couple of horses in the field next door which didn't bother our dog, but others might not be keen - the horses are calm and relaxed, clearly used to smaller four legged friends visiting.

This was our second visit to Kimz dog park and our labs loved it once again. Plenty of room to run and play, and sniff. Our water loving boy even managed to find some rainwater in the bathtub turned on its side lol. The day out was for our girls 11th birthday and an hour visit was more than enough to tire her out completely. Thank you for this space 🙂

Amazing. We have a greyhound, and there are not a lot of places south of the river that are fully fenced where he can run freely of leash. He had so much fun roaming around, checking every inch out. Highly recommended, Kimz place, we can't wait to come again and watch him run free.

Lovely quiet and very well maintained space for dogs to have a sedate sniffari or do zoomies. It was so nice to be able to relax and enjoy time with our dog, letting her sniff and run and explore without being on constant alert for other dogs or people. The horses next door were far enough away that they didn’t worry our dog.

We had been here with our friends dog so knew it would be perfect for our rescue dog who is still getting used to other dogs and has energy to burn. Lots of shade and seating spaces. Was great to be able to let our dog off lead in a secure space. Look forward to our next visit.

Kimz was easy to find. The property has 2 gates, you just need the right one. You'll see a yellow sign for Kimz. Instructions about gates and parking are easy to follow. Lots of space, very peaceful, loads for fur babies to sniff and explore. Gates and fences make it very secure for the dogs. Unfortunately our elderly Labrador struggled with the uneven surfaces. We knew this may be an issue but wanted to try it as an activity for her. She also found the horses a little too stimulating and started barking. All our own issues, just mentioning here in case anyone also has a difficult dog dealing with mobility or anxiety issues. I would highly recommend Kimz to anyone with an easy dog

Nice wide open spaces to let our German Shepherd stretch his legs. Couple of horses in neighbouring plots, close enough to interest him, far away enough not to cause any issues. Plenty of water and benches in each paddock. Feels good to be able to relax with no other dogs or people around that would cause our reactive dog stress & anxiety. We will be returning, thanks!

We LOVE our weekly visits to Kimz Dog Park. My rescue is dog reactive after a bad incident while waiting for adoption, and this space gives him the freedom to run off lead without the worry of other dogs around. Fences are secure. Plenty of room to sniff, and dig and run! ❤

Was a bit hesitant to visit a space in the dry Perth summer but I’m thoroughly glad I did and I’m sure the dogs are happy we did as well. A few different sections for the dogs to sniff and explore with some green grass (us Perthites would understand how rare that is in rural properties) and dirt to roll in (what dog doesn’t love a good ole role in the dirt) - even the odd fallen tree to climb on. Loved that there was water in each section for the hot and tired pooches to slurp up and a double wading pool to cool off in in one section (and even a couple of comfy chairs for the hoomans to chill out on which I was very thankful for) Horses close by in the next paddock but they were unfazed by the barking hellos. Felt at ease with the fences - very secure. Would definitely recommend and look forward to going back.

Wonderful space, our dogs had the best time here and we will definitely be returning! There are 4 large paddocks with a variety of things to engage the dogs, e.g. paddling pools, little hills and big tree branches to jump on. There are water bowls in every paddock and lots of toys provided (which we only noticed at the end!). Horses are in the field next door but fences are high and everything is safe. Thanks for an amazing time!

Our dogs just love going to Kims for a flat out run. We have been a few times now. Our 2 dont have the best recall so love taking them here so they can explore and enjoy themselves in a safe environment with zero stress to us. We picked up my brothers dog to join us today and all 3 had a blast running in the paddocks and taking a bath in the dog pools provided. It was going to be a hot day and it was great to have a lot of natural shade throughout the whole area. A couple of pools to jump in (the dogs jumping in) and plenty of drinking water for them. Nice to have green grass in summer. The place is clearly well looked after. We will definately be back. Thank you

Absolutely fabulous Sniffspace! I tried to come earlier in the week after injuring myself but couldn't get into the car, so we got to come explore this morning instead, and LOVED it. Super well kept grounds and lots of things for my dog to explore, benches for me to sit on as well! We will be back for sure.

Thankyou Kimz What a great idea this is. Only came across this ",sniffspace" as we have been looking for a private place we could take our caravan and allow our baby to get off leash and not worry about other dogs. Still looking for that if anyone has any suggestions... This is a great spot. 3 mowed paddocks for your fur baby to run or sniff and p*e their heart out(seriously how much can a dog p*e..lol) Chairs and a bench to sit on under a big tree. Love it. I have had 2 dogs attacked by dogs off lead so this is a huge relief that i can enjoy this time with him. Will be back for sure Thanks kim

My 1.5 year Rottie was very happy with the space to run around, fetch the ball, have sniffing adventures and magpie watching. Seated benches, water bowls, waste bins, and p**p bags available on premise as well. Easy to find and access. Thank you for having us, will definitely book again 🙂

We absolutely loved Kimz Dog Park. It was easy to find and it is so well set up. The 4 yards are well sized and secure. Our dog had a blast sniffing and running around and chasing the ball, as well as meeting the neighbouring horses. This place would be well suited making new doggy friends and for play dates, even for training. Our girl doesn't have the best recall and wasn't well socialised as a puppy (everything is a work in progress) so taking her to a secure place were she just can be and enjoy life being a dog means alot to us. So grateful to have a place like Kimz near by. We will definitely be back.

Took my 8 month old GSD here and he loved it, nose straight on the ground, he’s quite nervous of the outside world so was amazing that he could feel safe and I felt confident having him off lead, both of us just being able to have fun without any triggers was a big relief, lots of different areas to explore and all fenced in, was honestly amazing, he got the zoomies from being so happy there, can’t recommend enough for nervous or reactive dogs or even people with multiple dogs as there’s so many areas to be in

Wonderful space with the three areas, so safe and spacious for our fur babies. Have now used a couple of times, just a little concerned with the paddling pools in the first area. All the dogs so wanted to plunge into this as the weather was so hot. On our first visit we let our dogs do so unfortunately as the water was stagnant it gave them awfully upset stomachs. Upon our return with our grand fur babies 2 days later the water appeared to not have been changed and was even dirtier. Given the heat and difficulty to maintain can I suggest the pools are removed or replaced daily. Other than that super spot!

Kimz dog park is really everything you could ask for. The area is level, grassed, spacious with excellent fencing and signage. There was a water bowl in each of the paddocks and small paddle pools that my dogs could play in. We would highly recommend this sniff space and hope to be back again ASAP!

thank you so much kim, for sharing your fantastic space with us. my 10 year old dalmatian nelson had such a great time, he ran & ran & ran for the whole hour & splashed around in the pools having an awesome time! there is so much space in each paddock, lots of trees for shade & plenty of water bowls around. we drove nearly an hour to get there & it was totally worth it. we will be back again!

We are so glad to have found this space! It was very safe for our doggy and quite engaging with a variety of sniffing opportunities and terrain in different paddocks. Really nice well-maintained paddocks and Nibbler had great fun exploring and posing for photos on the big log! Great to be able to drive in, lock the gate and release the hound 😛 The horses next door were super cute as well, galloping up to their owner when they got home and then galloping to the back of their paddock. Nibbler found them interesting but they stayed well away from the fence line so they were not *too* interesting 🙂

So lucky to have Kimz nearby. Four big, open, fully-gated paddocks with seating, water and shade. Digging spots, rolling spots and lots of interesting features to look at. Just off the freeway, easily accessible and even the parking is enclosed for maximum ease. We're regulars - it's just so easy.

My boy Arlo and I loved it at Kimz dog park, it was quiet, shady and peaceful, Arlo had a great run and an awesome sniffathon and thoroughly enjoyed himself. There was a couple of chairs available to sit on which was very thoughtful and cool water for our fur babies- thanks Kim ❤️
