A huge bunch of gratitude for all of our beautiful clients that have once again been so wonderful through 2024.

We had some time today to take cute pics of little Bentley after his grooming today.

Bentley's a bit of a hit around here generally, so I wasn't paying a huge amount of attention when Mascot Maddi kept alerting me to Bentley's mouth. Bentley has regular dental's and his humans are very on top of his grooming, maintenance and overall care.

After finally paying attention to Maddi's continued indications toward Bentley's mouth, I thoroughly examined his teeth and discovered that one hidden tooth was indeed wobbly and needed further attention.

It's so easy to ignore the subtle signs our dogs give us when we are busy, but their senses can really offer us assistance... if we're able to pay attention 🤣.

He's currently sporting a short clip on the body with hand scissored legs, tied together with a very individually styled, man bun.

Saturday was spent in Perth at Dog Groomers Association of Western Australia Spring Fest Competition.

Judged by Sally Baxter and Chuckie Lund, this was a fantastic opportunity to challenge ourselves and upskill.

Pèpito and I placed:
🥈in Salon Freestyle, Advanced/Masters level 🥈

Cole and I placed:
🥇in Poodle, Open/Intermediate level🥇

Madeline was groomed by Shelby, a new groomer who is jumping into the deep end, entering a competition before she's even finished her official training. Go Shelby!
Maddi enjoyed her time on the first place table!

Unfortunately I'm not taking on new deshedding work at work at this time, but you're welcome to message for recommendations.

November has a few more spots, but December is almost fully booked, as is early January.

Hi Lovely Client's,

As some of you are aware I have been extremely ill with a bad flu since last week.

Due to the contagious and severe nature of this particular cold/virus/flu I will be staying home until I'm sure I am no longer contagious.

I urge you to please let me know if you are immuno compromised. If you are, let's reschedule your appointment.

For those who are still waiting for a rescheduled appointment and feel it's becoming ugent - please feel free to reach out to other groomers for a sooner appointment.
I'm more than happy to pass on your dogs grooming notes.
Just let me know any changes so I can re organise your future scheduled appointments.
