We've had to implement a cancellation fee of the full amount of the service if less than 4 hours notice is provided.

Strictly 48hours is required for cancellations/booking movements to avoid a fee of half the booking cost.

The full fee is charged if less than 4hours is provided.

Surcharges apply for fleas and/or severe matting.
Cash payments are preferred and appreciated.
Bank transfers are required same day of service.
A surcharge of 2% is applied for card payments.

Important Notice Regarding Late Cancellations

As a small, mobile business, I invest time and resources into every booking. Late notice cancellations severely impact my ability to operate effectively. While I currently charge a cancellation fee of half the booking cost, this still leaves me at a loss and makes it challenging to cover the necessary running costs of this business.

If cancellations at short notice continue, I will be forced to implement a deposit or credit policy moving forward. This will mean more administrative work and therefore higher service costs.

Providing you all with a convenient mobile service is often an easy and stress free way for your dog's regular grooming needs, I have such pride offering this service.

Please consider there is extreme difficulty filling a short notice cancellation in your area, hence it often doesn't happen and we suffer a loss we simply cannot absorb.

After and Before of Puppy Poppy, this was a styled full groom.

Poppy is a cute little mix breed; her hair has some crazy cowlicks and wonderful waves!
Poppy's hair has its own idea of which way it wants to go, but that's all part of the charm! 😅.

Poppy is a sweetheart, see you next time little miss! 😍🐾.

This is Simba, after his styled full groom service 🥰.

Simba is a beach dog with a wonderful, active life but his humans also love to keep him fluffy and cute.
Maintaining sandy and salty hair to prevent matting is a very time consuming endeavour.

The solution!?
Simba has a styled full groom every 6 weeks and a professional maintenance bath in between to maintain his skin health and coat condition.

He's also an absolute gem to groom; he is maintained regularly and is therefore very confident and comfortable with the grooming process.

A huge bunch of gratitude for all of our beautiful clients that have once again been so wonderful through 2024.

We had some time today to take cute pics of little Bentley after his grooming today.

Bentley's a bit of a hit around here generally, so I wasn't paying a huge amount of attention when Mascot Maddi kept alerting me to Bentley's mouth. Bentley has regular dental's and his humans are very on top of his grooming, maintenance and overall care.

After finally paying attention to Maddi's continued indications toward Bentley's mouth, I thoroughly examined his teeth and discovered that one hidden tooth was indeed wobbly and needed further attention.

It's so easy to ignore the subtle signs our dogs give us when we are busy, but their senses can really offer us assistance... if we're able to pay attention 🤣.

He's currently sporting a short clip on the body with hand scissored legs, tied together with a very individually styled, man bun.

Saturday was spent in Perth at Dog Groomers Association of Western Australia Spring Fest Competition.

Judged by Sally Baxter and Chuckie Lund, this was a fantastic opportunity to challenge ourselves and upskill.

Pèpito and I placed:
🥈in Salon Freestyle, Advanced/Masters level 🥈

Cole and I placed:
🥇in Poodle, Open/Intermediate level🥇

Madeline was groomed by Shelby, a new groomer who is jumping into the deep end, entering a competition before she's even finished her official training. Go Shelby!
Maddi enjoyed her time on the first place table!
