Saturday was spent in Perth at Dog Groomers Association of Western Australia Spring Fest Competition.

Judged by Sally Baxter and Chuckie Lund, this was a fantastic opportunity to challenge ourselves and upskill.

Pèpito and I placed:
🥈in Salon Freestyle, Advanced/Masters level 🥈

Cole and I placed:
🥇in Poodle, Open/Intermediate level🥇

Madeline was groomed by Shelby, a new groomer who is jumping into the deep end, entering a competition before she's even finished her official training. Go Shelby!
Maddi enjoyed her time on the first place table!

Just One Spot left for October; this Saturday 19th. New client vacancies are available on Halls Head and Erskine only.

Unfortunately I'm not taking on new deshedding work at work at this time, but you're welcome to message for recommendations.

November has a few more spots, but December is almost fully booked, as is early January.
Please plan and book ahead this time of year to secure a spot.

Hi Lovely Client's,

As some of you are aware I have been extremely ill with a bad flu since last week.

Due to the contagious and severe nature of this particular cold/virus/flu I will be staying home until I'm sure I am no longer contagious.

I urge you to please let me know if you are immuno compromised. If you are, let's reschedule your appointment.

For those who are still waiting for a rescheduled appointment and feel it's becoming ugent - please feel free to reach out to other groomers for a sooner appointment.
I'm more than happy to pass on your dogs grooming notes.
Just let me know any changes so I can re organise your future scheduled appointments.

Ollie is a medium to large size oodle puppy.

Ollie's humans pre-booked Ollie in for desensitisation and grooming training (first puppy groom) when he was very young.

Ollie's humans regularly and thoroughly brush and comb Ollie.
Ollie understands that grooming is a part of his life.

Ollie's coat is in perfect condition. He enjoys most of the grooming process, and he is an absolute dream to groom.

Today, Ollie had his first full groom. Please admire his cuteness. Also included is his first puppy groom.

The mobile area I cover is generally no more than a kilometre from both the beach and the estuary, so you will often see my grooms are shorter in length tailored to an active, salty lifestyle for maintenance.

My passion is longer, styled grooms so please feel welcome to enquire about grooming styles you prefer - I am happy to teach at home maintenance, grooming advice and dietary care. I will no doubt fall in love with your pooch so you know I have your dogs best interests at heart.
