For those in QLD and NSW, while we wait and prepare for potential wild weather - please make sure you’re also pup-pared! Ensure you’ve got a a doggy-go bag with food, bedding and comfort items, crates that are easy to access in case you need to evacuate, and a plan for your little one!

We’ve spent the day preparing our yard, and getting everything ready in case. While wild weather warnings are hit and miss - it’s always good to be prepared!

“Post two of two” This is Shelly now 2 weeks later!!! She still has a long way to go with lots of treatments (chiropractic and massage and other interventions) but I am now very hopeful that she will be able to live a wonderful and happy long life! And one day be able to look for a forever home.

“Post one of two” Every once and awhile I get contacted by someone who needs help with a chihuahua. I don’t normally share too much information on these but I wanted to show you the difference a few weeks have made and the power of animal chiropractors, massage, nutrients and love.
This is when Shelly was only here a day….. as you can see she clearly has hydrocephalus, spinal defects, mange, compacted bowel, no ability to control bowel or bladder movement and an underbite and not much hope for her…… except a massive will to live and the moment I held her she showed me her amazing capacity to love. Wait until you see post number 2!!!

Starting leash and harness training for little Pepi before he goes on Saturday to his forever home. I’m super surprised how easy it’s been with the harness and leash from Chi Amore Chihuahuas. I love how the leash attaches at the back and is so lightweight. Also who doesn’t love a cute pair of wings? He’s a whopping 600g…..
