16. Oceanzara - Victoria Corver

Angel Shame missed the kick last start and ended up at the tail of the field, she made up good ground. Next day revealed that Angel had gotten scratch on her eye possibly from a big clot of dirt. Luckily it has all healed up well.

Last start for Oceanzara didn't got to plan. The race was ran very hard from the get go and the track was in an awful state with bog and dry patches all over. She too came back with a sore eye, but healed perfectly.

Our Sessions x Miss Margene 2yo filly has thoroughly enjoyed her holiday since we purchased her at the Magic Millions sales in February this year.
Now time has come for her to get some lessons in life. She is the sweetest girl that thrives of attention and is showing to be a very smart little cookie.

Trials at Lark Hill this morning.
Debutant for the stable, unraced mare Angel Shame (no. 8 ) ran a nice trial guided under Jason Whiting (white cap, white sleeves), finishing 6th.
Rocking In Vegas (no. 6) ran his second trial also with Jason Whiting on board and finished 4th. This horse has still got a lot to learn but he is slowly putting pieces together.

Our 2 kiwi chicks are back. Both did well at the Lark Hill trials today.
Oceanzara, now an 8yo, showed us that she is still happy to be in the game. We gave her an easy trial and finished 6th.
Miss Esprit is a bit of a hothead. Since her spell and some gear change, she showed us today that she has learned to settle a bit better and finished 2nd.

Love these beautiful mornings on board Miss Esprit 🌄

An exciting day at Pinjarra races. Miss Esprit stepped up and ran among some of the big girls. She showed them what she is made off! Miss Esprit led and only just got beaten in the last few strides, running 2nd. Oceanzara stepped it up too. She got into a nice position. She did her best but unfortunately the race wasn't run to her liking, finishing 6th.

Oceanzara gave us a double for the day with an exhilarating win.

A strong win for Miss Esprit 💪🏻

A great day at Bunbury races. Miss Esprit (race 1) got awkwardly out of the barriers and missed some valuable ground early on. She managed to get a nice position outside the leader and finished 2nd. Oceanzara (race 5) jumped well and got a great position just outside the leader. Upon straightening she kicked away and won by 1.5 lenghts. A super result for the New Zealand bred mares.
