We always enjoy our weekly lunches here, the quality of the food is amazing 🤩 and the community spirit is fantastic 🥰
I can’t thank you guys enough for being so kind to our girls when some low life stole their money tin with about $20 in there. 🤬
But you guys are helping them having a great Christmas 🎄 now 🥰🥰🥰

A couple of weeks ago these young people from Meraki Equestrian Centre had some possum steal their money box that they use for the 🐴 💩 sales! So we couldn’t resist slipping them $100 to make up for it! Why? Cause us Mareeba mob look after our own and you don’t steal from kids!

Believe it or not, but it’s only her second ever on a horse!! Last week she’s learned so much here that while helping out with the horses she picked up so much already, that she can put it to practise when riding.
What a wonderful achievement!! And she can already rise to the correct diagonal!!! And knows how to double sit! I can’t be more proud of her ❤️‍🔥🤩🤩🤩🤩

Yesterday we welcomed a group of 5 Japanese farmstay students to Meraki from Downunder Farmstays Hosts💙🩵 And with the rain outside and 5 soccer fanatics there was only one thing to do 🤩😍🥰

A Love of Horses

Yvon has been riding for over 30 years and has been specialising in dressage for most of her riding career. Yvon began riding in Holland and has worked for many Grand Prix Dressage riders across Europe and more recently in Australia.

This passion for horses has led Yvon to establish Blue Gum Riding School in the stunning Atherton Tablelands in Far North Queensland. A family friendly centre, our aim is to encourage all ages and abilities to help you achieve your riding goals, whether that be to high level competition or building your confidence or improving your relationship with your horse.
