Nat is a purebred Sheba that I bought from Zoe in Rockhampton. He had just survived a terrible heatwave over 40* daily and then transported up to Mareeba mid March 2024 . I trimmed his coat and gave him a lovely outside run each day and inside nightly for few months. He now lives outside day and night with a cosy two story hutch tucked in under the bushes. Also has a girlfriend to stay with him.
Infact he’s a dad for the first time now with Purbred Sheba girl Milo also from Zoe. Four small but healthy bubs born 9th January
Nat is truly happy in his new home and now I expect to see more pups in the near future

Sheba couple Milo and Nat have four lovely but small bubs. Born late afternoon 9th January. I watched as one bub the last to be born wasn’t breathing just occasional gasping. Milo grabbed her bub and thew up and down. I almost thought she was going to eat it. She did bite a bit and was flipping it about. Then it cried out she continued a few more times making it cry out and then she cleaned and cuddled it. Determined mum wasn’t going to lose any bubs today. 🥰

I raised this little alpaca boy on formula and now at near 8 weeks old he’s fully weened and gained weight to over 300g . He’s now ready for adoption . Mandy was asking for him but somehow I’ve lost her contact information.

This baby is nearly two weeks old but is struggling to survive. He has had chest infection since birth and can’t suckle from his mum.

This little fella jumped with fright and seems to have dislocated his hips or something

Each morning when I turn on the hose GeeGee moves away a bit. A short clip to show how GeeGee is getting about. Unfortunately GeeGee is still losing weight with a steady drop of 20g each day. Weighing in this morning at 1107g so since Saturday she has lost 90g . At this stage of pregnancy I would like to see her gaining weight each day.
