I have been training people to train horses for the last 12 years, with extensive experience across a range of disciplines, I can tailor a program to suit your needs and give you a black and white program to advance your knowledge. From complete beginners right through to other equine professionals, there is something I can offer all levels of riders. My training is based around a reining foundation, but this allows you the skills to progress in whatever your chosen western discipline.

Unfortunately we have made the decision to postpone this event. This is a decision that wasn't made lightly, but one we felt needed to be made.

This event got bigger than we could ever have imagined and we feel that to make it the success it can be, we need more time to get it together.

A date early next year will be announced in the coming weeks.

Liberty Clinic:
LIBERTY FUNDAMENTALS CLINIC

This clinic will focus on:
* Body control of your horse on the ground
* Establishing mutual respect
* Establishing cues for horses
* Working towards taking the halter off
* Developing the foundations of complex Liberty work

Suitable for all ages and levels of experience.
$550pp

Numbers are strictly limited so don’t miss out! Deposit required to secure booking.

Kids Groundwork/Ridden:
This clinic will focus on the following:
* Body control over your horse on the ground
* Establishing mutual respect
* Working with horses under saddle

Kids Liberty:
Looking to help your kids build a better connection with their horses? Liberty might be just the thing they need!

This clinic will focus on:
* Body control of your horse on the ground
* Establishing cues for horses
* Working towards taking the halter off
* Developing the foundations of complex Liberty work

Suitable for all levels of experience.

Numbers are strictly limited so don’t miss out! Deposit required to secure booking.

Kids clinics are $225pp per day or $400pp For the 2 days.

Long Reining:
Get the right start for your horse under saddle and help increase their softness and obedience to the aids. Fundamental for developing impulsion and bend. Includes halt, rein back and starting collection work.

$225 for the day or see below for discount on the 3 days!

Groundwork:
Create a bond with your horse by establishing a respectful relationship, using body control and instilling good manners from the ground. An excellent starting point for new partnership

Ridden:
Take your training to the next level and expand the Ground Control and Long Reining basics you’ve learnt by increasing your body control and fine-tuning your aids using more challenging exercises. Obtain the best preparation before starting your horse or increase your horse’s ability to perform the higher level manoeuvres such as lead changes, collected work or advanced laterals etc in the future.

$550 for the 3days or $400 for the 2days.

After speaking with the lovely Carla ( Carla was the ideas lady for this event!) and Meraki Equestrian Centre, this morning a group of us ladies brainstormed and here you have it!

FNQ Equine Expo was born!

We are currently taking expressions of interest for stall holders. If you are an Industry professional ( vet, body worker, farrier, etc), have some 2nd hand saddley, rugs etc, food and coffee van, western clothing or anything in between and would like to attend this event please contact us!

Cost: $30 per stall (this covers insurance)

We are also taking expressions of interest for those that would like to bring along horses to sell or adopt.

The deadline for expressions of interest is is Monday the 31st of August.

In the coming weeks we will keep the page updated with stall holders and entertainment.
