A huge thank you to all those customers that shopped with us today that showed kindness and patience while we were dealing with yet another internet outage. We apologise that we were distracted with repairing our service and our level of service was not to the high standard we pride ourselves on.

We are hoping all issues have now been resolved.

Our phone system and POS were also affected so we apologise to anyone trying to call our business today. Our outage caused our phone lines to not be able to work all day as well.

A special thank you to Brad from Verdouw Electrical, Owen for dropping everything to help us today and getting us back online late this afternoon, and Kelvin from minttelecom for his terrific customer service in support - I am truly grateful to each of you for your support and kindness today. You all helped lighten the load of an extremely stressful day.
