Due to being once again inundated with applications we thought it may be helpful if we post our most frequently asked questions to help you decide if you will in fact fit our criteria!

Our Definition of HandMade
To be considered To be Handmade it needs to be an original work!
You are entitled to a 10% hardware buffer this is
Clasps and clips / chains for jewellery
Glasses t-shirts flasks for Artists & sublimation (if designed by you )
Frames for pictures, chopping boards for resin and painting & such.

No other items not Made by you are permitted without prior permission & approval !

1.Can it be an original design placed onto an item not made by you ?

Yes it can as long as it’s designed by you and printed by you !

If I buy a cup /flask and stick pre made stickerson them and add a custom name is that handmade ?

No if you have had nothing to do with the design or the product except a name or words it is called personalisation NOT handmade and is not accepted!

I make jewellery I buy the charms & I also buy the hardware but then I add them together is this handmade ?

No this is Not handmade handmade jewellery is as follows
If your beading designs in necklaces and earrings making a design then putting it together with several beads, Crystal’s with additional silver gold copper working , macrame and beading , original silver smithing & clay jewellery making IS HANDMADE
pre made pre bought pieces added together with no design by you is NOT HANDMADE!

I draw my own designs & buy pre made t-shirts and I print my designs on them is this Handmade ?

Yes this is designed by you the hardware is the addition needed to complete the design ! As like with circuit or sublimation as long as it’s YOUR design and printed by YOU then the hardware is accepted under your 10%

I buy pre printed t-shirts cups & bags and add funny quotes to them ,
Is this handmade ?

No it is Not handmade again it is personalisation and is Not Accepted
The designs must be yours for any printing products
Designed by you drawn etched , carved or machined by you !

How To Apply for a spot with Handmade Artisan Fraser Coast

If you would like to join our Handmade Artisan Fraser Coast Market Events , then there are simple steps you will need to take.
This is the way we check all our stalls are firstly authenticity Handmade
& of the highest quality fitting with our brand!
1. Application forms will ONLY be sent out after all rules below are followed
2. Contact our page through direct messenger or email
3. Send 6 clear photos of your work , & or a business link
5. We will evaluate your pics and send an official application form
6. We go through your application to make sure you have ALL relevant insurances (Toys, Candles , body products , foods ,condiments ) & licences most other products we can help with insurance
7. If you meet all our criteria you will be Notified
8. We will then send you out an official Approval
9. Once Approved you will have all relevant information to secure your spot , this includes a mandatory link to the stall-holder group
10. ONLY APPROVED vendors will be added to the group , it is also a requirement of your approval to join and keep up to date!
Once on the group you will be a. was to all official Event business
All our responses are done via our page or email All with our proper business logos and marketing on all
We will Never ask you for money or disclose on any post or message anything to do with costs , all this is Only on applications / approvals again all with official logos information on it !
We run a very tight ship to keep Both our business but also our Amazing community of Makers safe
Please note our dates are released at the end of each yr for the next year and spots fill up in each category very quickly for all dates , this enables all our Makers to book there spots and plan their year with other Event’s as well , we only have capacity for a certain number of stalls and category’s , once we reach that number in each category we go to a waitlist , this means some people will miss out , if you are keen on a site you must get in early as most of our regular stalls will book as soon as applications open for all dates !
We DO NOT accept sublimation unless they are YOUR designs
We do Not accept pre made jewellery or Crystals unless designed and made by you
We hope this clears up any confusion about our process 🙏🐝

Wet weather not only ruins outdoor Activity’s it also really affects our Handmade Artist’s & Foodies !
Our Makers depend on Events to make their Income 😕 unlike the shops with mass produced items it’s a crushing feeling for our makers to have Events Cancelled 😞

So please support our makers where you can,
If your expecting them at the local markets but it’s wet look them up & organise an in person shop or online they are all more then happy to help you

Wow What an Amazing day we had !!
On Behalf of all our Fabulous Stallholders , we would like to say a Huge thank you to the Fraser Coast for coming out in droves to Support us!
All our Artists and Makers spend weeks preparing there wares for our Event’s & like our Foodies they are ALL small family owned businesses all from the around the Fraser Coast region,
The person who serves you is the same person who makes the products you purchase,
So it’s A really BIG deal for them when you show them so much love & support!

The staff & everyone involved in making our Events come together,
