Cash, eftpos, afterpay, are all acceptable forms of payment, As a small business, I rely heavily on payment being on time, so all payments are due at time of service completion regardless. Can
cellation Policy:
Pamperpals dog grooming requires 24 hr notice of cancellation. This way your appointment time can become available to someone else. I understand emergencies and life happens, so please be courteous of my time and schedule and let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel/reschedule. A reminder text will be sent to you the day before your scheduled appointment in which you can confirm/cancel or contact me to reschedule. No Show/Late Policy:
Pamperpals dog grooming has a 1 strike policy for no-shows and late arrivals. After the first no-show or late arrival, you will be required to provide a 50% deposit that will go towards your total at next service time. Fleas:
If we find any fleas during your pet/s service at Pamperpals dog grooming we are required to bathe your pet/s in flea shampoo which is an additional $10 on top of your service price. If your pet is extremely infested (which will be determined by staff at the time) we will have no choice but to call the owner to pick up immediately and still charge for the service time we have already completed, as we have to clean the salon to avoid any infestations. Pet Behaviour/ Safety Measures:
It is important that your pet/s are well behaved, if they are difficult to groom, I will do my absolute best to finish the groom safely. However, I will never put your dog in any unnecessary distress. I strongly believe in safety over aesthetics. If I have tried everything in my power and still can not finish your dog/s groom, I will stop and call you for pick up. The total of the groom price will still be due in full at time of pickup. Matted Coat:
Pamperpals Dog Grooming will always put your pet/s health and safety first over vanity, if your wanting you pets coat long with a particular look this can be possible depending on the matting condition, if severely matted and to much pain we will have no choice but to go as shot as needed and will be charged on the time it takes, if matting can be safely brushed without causing to much stress and pain this can be done and will be charged according with a brush out fee of $60 per hour. Prices are subject to change due to pet behaviour and coat condition. a quote can be given upon booking appointment, but total price will be determined when i call/text to pick up
