2024, Another year of great success ☺️ today marks 8 years of Fetching Grooms 🐾

We have our biggest team yet with 7 groomers total who have all been hard at working making your pooches beautiful. The team have groomed over 5,500 dogs this year, that’s a whole lotta pretty pups!
We have over 1,300 followers on instagram, 994 on Facebook and 1,700 on TikTok!

💙 Alex was signed off on her advanced stylist certificate AND was promoted to assistant manager! She had a huge year competitively grooming and received;
🥉 3rd in Open Terrier at the Pet Show Grooming Competition
🥈 2x 2nd places in Spaniel Class at the Amayzing Grooming Show &
🥇1st & 🥈2nd in Handstripping Class at the Amayzing Grooming Show!
🥉 3rd in Open Asian Fusion at the Big Day Out for Dogs Grooming Competition

💜 Charlee became a first time mum to her wonderful baby boy, and was also signed off on her advanced stylist certificate! She also placed
🥉 3rd in Open Handstrip Class at the Big Day Out for Dogs Grooming Competition

💛Lauren entered her very first grooming competition at Amayzing Grooming Show and received
🏅 Award of Merit!
She then went on to absolutely SMASH it at Big Day Out for Dogs Grooming Competition placing
🥈 2nd in Novice Salon Freestyle
🥇 1st place Novice Asian Fusion, then onto
🏆 BEST IN SHOW NOVICE 🏆
What an absolutely phenomenal achievement so early in her competitive career!!

💚 jacqie had another super successful year receiving

🥉3rd place in Advanced Spaniel & Setter Class at the Amayzing Grooming Show
🥈 2nd place in the dual groom &
🥉 3rd place in handstripping class at the Auspet Industry Competition

🥉 3rd place in gundog at the Pet Show Melbourne

Woohoo! Congratulations to our spaniel specialist Jacqie Giggins on making the top leader board for dogs Australia!!

Here is the 2024 Top Groomer of the Year leaderboard so far. Congratulations to all the canine groomers who scored points so well.

The countdown is on for the finale competition at the prestigious Sydney Royal Show. The Groomer of the year will be judged by a respected international judge and the winner will receive a trophy.

Remember, to compete for the win or be part of the DA National Grooming Team representing your country, you must be a member of the Dogs Australia Member body!

The Asian Fusion class held only one competition.

Renee & Maui were awarded:
🥈2nd place!

🏆 Amayzing Grooming Show 2024 🏆
The Asian Fusion class only held one competition in its section.

🎖️Lauren & Dudley were award 4th place and award of merit!

This is HUGE for Lauren as this was her very first competition and Lauren should technically be in novice class - however the Asian Fusion class wasn’t divided based on years of experience like the other classes, so for Lauren to have been given award of merit is such a fantastic accomplishment! 💗

Alex, Sally & Wombi were in handstripping and spaniel & setter class and won:
