Shannon has displayed amazing growth as a groomer not only as part of our Fetching Team but within the ring winning her first grooming competition against 6 other competitors! Shannon will always be the first to offer help to others. She is kind, gentle and patient for all the pups who have the pleasure of being groomed by her. Our miss popularity award is given to the highest number of 5 ⭐️ reviews for the year! Out of the 27 we received in 2023 the team member with the highest amount was Charlee! Thank you for all your hard work over the year and for pampering and caring for all these pups as if they were your own, we are so fortunate to have you a part of the team and are going to miss you so much while you’re on maternity leave 💓

Imagine showing up to work. Your boss tells you they don't have any work for you today. That you won't be getting paid, and that you can't go home.
Well, that's what it's like when you no show or cancel last minute on small businesses like detailers, hairstylists, tattoo artists, estheticians, realtors, etc.
Normalize, respecting people and their time.

We still have to pay wages, rent, electricity etc even if you don’t show to your appt. Which is why we have to charge cancellation fees - it’s not profit, it’s reimbursement.

We’re just a small business trying to survive like everyone else. All we ask is you organise yourself to show up to your appointment - don’t solely rely on automated reminder texts, pop it in your diary, write it on your calendar, put a note on the fridge whatever works! OR simply notify us that you can’t make it with enough time we can fill your spot ❤️
