Woohoo! Congratulations to our spaniel specialist Jacqie Giggins on making the top leader board for dogs Australia!!

Here is the 2024 Top Groomer of the Year leaderboard so far. Congratulations to all the canine groomers who scored points so well.

The countdown is on for the finale competition at the prestigious Sydney Royal Show. The Groomer of the year will be judged by a respected international judge and the winner will receive a trophy.

Remember, to compete for the win or be part of the DA National Grooming Team representing your country, you must be a member of the Dogs Australia Member body!

🏆 Amayzing Grooming Show 2024 🏆
The Asian Fusion class held only one competition.

Renee & Maui were awarded:
🥈2nd place!

Super proud of how well Maui behaved (as usual) and was fantastic to get back in the ring and see some old friends 💜

🏆 Amayzing Grooming Show 2024 🏆
The Asian Fusion class only held one competition in its section.

🎖️Lauren & Dudley were award 4th place and award of merit!

This is HUGE for Lauren as this was her very first competition and Lauren should technically be in novice class - however the Asian Fusion class wasn’t divided based on years of experience like the other classes, so for Lauren to have been given award of merit is such a fantastic accomplishment! 💗

This years competition (held at the Royal Melbourne Show) held two competitions simultaneously run at the same time!

Alex, Sally & Wombi were in handstripping and spaniel & setter class and won:
🥈🥈 2nd place in both competitions with Sally &
🥈🥇 2nd and 1st in handstripping class!

What a fantastic result for Alex and for her wonderful team mate Wombi & for Sally at her debut competition 💜

Hey everyone! Just wanted to give you a heads up that starting December 25th, we will no longer be operating on Saturdays due to staffing availabilities and the rising cost of penalty rates, unfortunately this is not something we can continue to absorb.

While we'll no longer be open on Saturdays, we've added extra mid-week bookings & late-night hours on Thursdays to accommodate those who are able to move their appointments. Bookings made for these late-night hours will be prioritized for those who are existing Saturday scheduled clients.
We wanted to give you plenty of notice so you can adjust your schedules accordingly. We understand that this change might not be ideal for everyone, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.

Saturday clients will be contacted tomorrow as we begin booking our 2025 schedules! We appreciate your understanding and flexibility!

HUGE congratulations to our girl Jacqie Giggins petadoggrooming on her placings at Auspet Industry Expo!

🥈 Jacqie competed with her team mate lori keele in a dual groom class and placed 2nd with her spunky boy Ryder!

🥉 Jacqie and her beautiful girl Adele competed in the handstrip class and was awarded 3rd place!

We are so proud of you!!

Jacqie is also a newly appointed Melanie Newman Salon Essentials ambassador which is a huge achievement for her career and this competition marked her debut with the Melannie Newman competitive team!
