I just want to inform all of my clients that I will no longer be booking new appointments without the requested deposit

I’ve spent so much time lately chasing deposits for appointments, it’s in our service agreement & I don’t really want to be chasing a deposit for days.

So moving forward I will only be booking appointments after the deposit has been received. I will not be holding spots for people anymore.

Please to all of the clients that I’ve messaged for your deposits… you have until tomorrow afternoon to pay before your appointment gets cancelled. I’m about to widen my ‘areas of service’ so my books will fill up quite quickly. Let’s ensure your babies are able to get a spot ❤️

Let’s make a post about WINTER!

Yes the weather is certainly getting colder but please please don’t stop grooming your dogs during winter. We have warm water & a heater split system in the roof.

This little babe was in this condition when my clients received him.. (posted photos with owners consent)

Unfortunately as a groomer I see this alot coming out of winter. Summer shave downs because alot of people don’t want to groom during the colder weather as they think their dog will be cold. I can assure you with the correct maintenance, regular grooming and brushing at home we can keep the coat longer. Matting causes a range of issues for your dogs skin. Brusing, hematomas, skin irritation and hot spots if it gets moisture in, it will cost you almost double and take twice as long to groom, it’s painful for your dog.

This little guy was an absolute champ! And he feels much better 🥰

Chilli had her wash with me today. Unfortunately she did not love it & we couldn’t dry her. She was too stressed. So a run around in the sunshine is on the cards for her 😌
