Today marks the end of an incredible journey. After 5 years of rescuing, nurturing, and finding loving homes for countless kittens, we're closing down our cat rescue. We're immensely grateful for the unwavering support and generosity from our community and for every single donation that made our work possible. A huge thank you to all the dedicated volunteers who selflessly gave their time to transport, foster, and care for these precious fur babies. Your kindness has made a lasting impact on so many lives. Hello sweet baby butterfly 🦋

Meet Butterfly, a beautiful black kitten with a heart as big as her playful spirit. Butterfly has a soft, inviting purr, and her gentle demeanor makes her a wonderful companion. However, she can be a bit shy at first. It doesn't take long for her sparkling personality to shine through, charming everyone who crosses her path.

Baby Miles update!!
Sorry for such a long wait! Beautiful Miles had his stitches out, and his missing eye is all healed up! We have a specialist appointment booked next week for his remaining eye 🤞🤞🙏🙏

Miles also hit a MILESTONE 🎊 He's 1kg!! He is so small in size big doing so well putting on amazing weight 👏

Hi, my name is Chili and I am a little man on the lookout for my furever family. I had a family lined up but unfortunately my adoption fell through to no fault of my own, so I am back on the prowl.

Despite my name, I am all the sugar and none of the spice. I’m a sweet, loving boy who has been making lots of progress since being in foster care. I was originally a stray, and since the streets are no place for a little guy, I was trapped and came into foster care. It didn’t take long for me to realize that being domesticated equals being spoiled, and now there is no looking back. I am not a huge fan of being picked up (like most young kittens), but I do love snuggling up besides you on the bed or the couch.

I absolutely love having toys and will play with anything that is handed to me. Fishing rods and feathery toys are my favorite, I love to chase!

The absolute highlight of my average day is mealtime; I LOVE eating and will very sweetly (and loudly) serenade you while you are preparing my bowl. While walking to my designated eating spot, I get so excited I spin in circles. Dizzy for my dinner!

I currently live with four big feline brothers and sisters that I love to bits; I hang out with them all the time. This is why my foster mum would love for me to have a feline brother or sister in my forever home; I’d make a great little sidekick for a friendly existing cat.

The year was busy with saving over 89 cats! We are only a small kitten/cat rescue with only a maximum of 5 foster carers! It just shows how much you can achieve. We are small but mighty!!

Oliver is extremely sociable, especially when it comes to his fellow felines. Please officially welcome Chilli 🌶

Chilli came to us about a week and a half ago after being trapped. Him, his mum and a sibling were strays living under someone’s shed. Chilli was trapped and came into care with us.

When taking in cats that haven’t had a lot of human exposure, it’s always a bit of a gamble what you’re going to get. Chilli started off a bit nervous but came around very quickly when he realized how nice it is to have a soft, warm bed and a full belly. He has found his purr and is turning into a perfect, confident little man who enjoys a good butt scratch. He currently has free roam of the house when I am home, and he loves hanging out with me and the other cats.

Baby Mile's did it!! What an amazing little kitten. Now, for the healing part, the next 5 days are critical, and he will need round the clock care.

He is recovering so well!
Sadly, the eye was so badly infected that it was full of pus 💔

Our sweet boy Miles is currently at the vet as he is having emergency surgery to remove his eye. Thankfully, Miles is 400g, eating well and having amazing spirits. Though this means he is at high risk for anaesthic and surgery. But this risk outweighs the amount of pain he currently is in. His eye has ruptured, causing an infection and the eye to protrude put. This can ultimately cause death if left untreated. The other option discussed was to sadly euthanise little Miles. I would like to give him this chance if you are able to help me and Miles by donating towards his emergency surgery. 🧡🙏🤞

Please welcome little baby Miles 🧡

Baby miles were found and brought into the pound today. He's very sick with cat flu, fleas, and possible ear mites. Sadly also his eye is also protruding out. It's unknown if this is from trauma or infection until we have a specialist appointment.

Thankfully, he is on antibiotics and pain relief for now. He is safe in the humidicrib to help his breathing and maintain his temperature. At only 300g, he is unable to control/ maintain his body temperature at this stage.

This little one was sadly found in a park in Craigieburn on his own. Thankfully, we could take him in and give him the care and love he deserves 🧡

PLEASE DO NOT DUMP YOUR PETS !!
1. Spread the word and ask family and friends to take the animals.
2. Make a post about your pet on your own online platform (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.) to let your followers know about it.
3. If everything else fails, contact an animal shelter to discuss what can be done.
4. Do not just abandon your pets on the streets as they are not used to having to find their own food, shelter, or are susceptible to illness/diseases, animal cruelty, injuries, or death.
5. Before you give your pet to other people or places, please take full responsibility for it until the end
6. Please consider donating some extra money to the individuals or shelter that will be caring for your pet.

These sweet babies were all found by a ranger and taken to a local pound. At just 300gs, these babies needed rescue asap! Lots of baths and cleaning with this lot as they loveee to swim in their food 😸😸🧡🧡
