Hey everyone, I'm so sorry for not posting in a while... I've been going through a tough time after losing my beloved dog, Reapy. He was more than just a pet - he was my best friend, and it's been a huge struggle coming to terms with his loss after 13 incredible years together. Thank you to everyone who sent your love and support during this time.

Just a quick update, Renley's surgery went really well! Lots of stones were removed, and thankfully, he's finished his antibiotics and pain relief. However, the vet still can see a lump on his bladder that they're keeping an eye on. We're not sure what it is yet, but we'll look into it further down the line. His specialist thinks he may need ongoing surgery for the stones, hopefully only once a year. Fingers crossed, he stays happy and healthy for a long time! Once again, thank you all for the love and support. 🧡🧡🧡

Update on sweet Renley:

After seeing his specialist vet, Dr. Carolyn, this morning, we've received the news that he still has kidney stones. Renley will be staying overnight and undergoing surgery tomorrow. We're keeping his paws held up and would love your love and support during this time. Sending a big thank you to Dr. Carolyn and the team for their care and expertise. Please keep Renley in your thoughts and prayers 🐾❤️

Update on Renley

Poor baby is still not himself. We're eagerly awaiting his upcoming specialist appointment in the next few days, where we hope to get some guidance and support to help him thrive. Thanks for thinking of us and keeping Renley in your thoughts. Thank you all so much who kindly donated 🤞🤎🤎🤎

Update on Renley:

We're taking things one day at a time, but it's been tough lately. Renley's still struggling with urinary issues, including accidents and blood in his urine 🙏💔 It's not just his health that's suffering, but we're also feeling the weight of financial stress. We have a follow-up appointment next week and are hoping for some answers. If you're able to, any donations to help with his medical expenses would be a huge blessing 🙏🤎 We're also grateful for your prayers and support as we navigate this challenging time. 🤎🤎

Another update on Renley...

🐾💔 Renley is still dealing with blood in his urine, and unfortunately, he's also started vomiting. So, we have had to stop his inflammatory medication and provide him with more pain relief.

We've had to go back to the specialist to get some additional medication to help manage his pain and nausea🙏

We're doing everything we can to keep him comfortable and hope for the best. Thanks for your ongoing support and love for Renley 🙌

I am sorry for such a late update on Renley 🤎 Renley hasn't been himself and hiding a lot over the last couple of days.

💔 After seeing the specialist, we've received the diagnosis: Renley has kidney stones 😔 This explains the ongoing issues with blood in his urine and urinating problems. He's now on additional medication daily, and we're hoping he can pass the stones naturally 🙏 We'll be checking in with the specialist in a few weeks to assess his progress. However, the vet did mention that some kidney stones might require surgery if they can't be passed on their own 🤞 Fingers crossed that's not the case for our little Ren! 🤎 A huge thank you to everyone who's donated, offered support, and sent love Renley's way 🙏 Your kindness means the world to us! We'll keep you updated on Renley's progress 🤎🤎

Ugh, not again 😔. Our poor kitty Renley is struggling with cystitis for the second time, and it's breaking our hearts 💔. He's been showing all the classic signs - straining to p*e, accidents outside the litter box, and general misery. He has pain relief on board!😞. We're taking him to see a specialist vet tomorrow to figure out the best course of action. It's likely he'll need to go back on long-term medication to manage his symptoms and prevent future flare-ups 🤞. Fingers crossed the vet can help us get Renley back to his happy, healthy self 🐱❤️. Sending all the positive vibes his way for a sp*edy recovery 💕 "

Renley Update😻😻

It's great to see Renley feeling better after starting his medication for the urinary infection. He's still using the litter tray frequently, and we're working on keeping him comfortable while he cleans himself. Managing his care can be a challenge, but it's worth it to see him happy and healthy again. Thanks for the thoughts and wishes - they mean a lot!🤎🤎🤎

Renley sadly required an urgent Vet Visit this morning.

Renley's had a bit of a setback. He's come down with another urinary infection, which is sadly not uncommon for cats who've had Perineal Urethrostomy (PU) surgery like him. His prone to infections, and we're doing our best to manage it.

We're grateful for the care and attention he's receiving from his vet, and we're hopeful he'll be back to his playful self soon. If anyone would like to contribute to his vet bills, we'd appreciate it. But no pressure at all your support, and we'll wishes mean a lot to us 🤎🤎 "

Back from a brief hiatus... with a purr-fect excuse! 🐱❤️ I've been busy nurturing the next generation of kitten lovers - aka, growing another kitten carer! 🐾💕

But I couldn't resist sharing a delightful update: our previous furry fosters, Salem and Gabby, recently paid us a visit! 🐾 These two cuties have found their forever home with my wonderful sister, who's spoiling them rotten (as they deserve)! 🐾💖

Cutest little Renley! 😻🧡🧡🧡
We hope everyone has had a wonderful Christmas and a happy new year! Renley boy has recovered from his UTI! Fingers crossed, we don't have any more issues. I think his new wet food diet is really helping 😻😻
