A year ago today, at 2:50 a.m., my world shattered into a million pieces. I got the news that Daphne had been hit by 2 cars, suffering a severe brain injury, and most likely wouldn't make it through the day.
By some miracle, not only did Daphne survive, but a year later, she is thriving and beating all of the odds!

I can not thank everyone enough who donated to Daphne's GoFundMe, who have asked how Daphne is, and have also asked how I am. Going through this with Daphne has definitely not been easy on either of us or Cassie and my family, but just asking how we are has helped immensely, and I am so appreciative 💖

I hate that this happened to you, Daphne, but I am so grateful that you are still here with us, having a good quality of life and still being the sassy, stubborn Queen that you've always been 💜

We made it!
Thank you to everyone who was so generous with gifts for us. You have no idea how much we appreciate it, even just a card or a kind message.
We have poured our heart and soul into our business, so getting such lovely gifts and messages means the world.
The past 5 years have been a roller-coaster of amazing and not so amazing moments, but we wouldn't change it for the world.
We have loved every dog that has walked through our doors, be that only one visit or over 200 (looking at you Buddy 🩵).
We will miss you all dearly.

Now time for a rest 💕

Our last day is fast approaching!
We will be at the shop on the 12th, 14th, 19th and the 21st of December. We would love to see you if you want to pop in 💕 We also have lots of retail items heavily discounted.

The 21st will be Cassie's official last day 💔
Michelle will continue grooming a select few dogs next year til March (those clients have been sent a text), then will move over to in Coburg. Thank you again, Jenny, for letting me use your space on weekends 💖

Unfortunately, we've had to make the decision to close daycare early, as of today, 18/11.

Our friends at , a dog daycare in Coburg North, have availability and are ready to have your dogs come and visit them. We trust Sarah and her team and know your dogs will be in safe hands.

It's been so lovely having your dogs come to daycare, and we will miss them all x

Daphne will be back at this year's

After Daphne's traumatic accident in December 2023, we were certain she would never be able to come back to the Dog Lovers Festival. But Daphne loves to prove everyone wrong 💜 ( the photo on the left is current, the photos on the right are during her recovery)

We will be at the show in the afternoon on Sunday, the 27th of October, participating in Pat-a-pooch while raising awareness about traumatic brain injuries and the recovery involved to get Daphne to where she is today. It has taken an army to help Daphne make a miraculous recovery 💕

*Please note that we are happy with Daphne's condition and believe she is capable of participating. The photo on the left was taken a few weeks ago, and you wouldn't know anything had happened to her. If at any point she becomes distressed or unwell, we will immediately take her home 💓*

Today's big daycare day!
