You may or may not be aware….?
Yes, Aquila Acres is now officially on the market. 🎬
We are so grateful to have lived the dream for 12 years, though now it’s time to embrace a new phase and create another story.🎥
Feeling blessed to have involved many hundreds of people, of all ages and abilities with pony activities, creating countless beautiful memories of shared experiences.

It’s a tough decision to wind up, but the time feels right and we are excited to explore a different life.
🌈💥⚡️💫🌟⭐️
Don’t have all the answers yet, but I trust things will unfold and take hold in good time. 🌻
Thankyou so much to the many people who have participated here over the years. 🌺🌸
Never imagined that when I retired from teaching that I would be sooo busy and become so passionate about this farm, all the critters, the activities and the people who have been involved here.
Our lives have been enriched. 💗
The stablehouse bnb and pony programs will be winding up after the property sells.

About Us

Aquila Acres is a small, picturesque farm in Wandin North, in the Yarra Valley.

At Aquila Acres we provide a variety of programs and activities which help facilitate personal growth for people of all ages, abilities and needs.

The animals on the farm include horses, ponies, goats, chickens, the farm dog Malakai and the farm cat Mila. Many of these animals made their way here through re-homing due to a difficult past or the previous owner's inability to continue the appropriate care. All of the animals are friendly, sociable and play a major role in most of the activities on offer.

The miniature ponies in particular offer interest, acceptance, fun and challenges for clients of all ages and sizes, as riding is only one component of the programs.
