ONLINE BOOKING UPDATE.

We have recently changed our online booking system.

At the end of your online booking you will need to click the "Confirm Booking" button in the lower right corner and we ask that all clients double check the date they have selected (first image). Once your booking is confirmed you will see the usual Appointment Booked page (second image).

Our online booking system will always show the next available date and so we have introduced this new step to try and solve the issue of clients booking appointments, arriving at the clinic same day, but their appointment is booked for the next day as we were already fully booked.

If in doubt, for same day bookings, please call us on 9115 4647 as we often hold appointment times for same day urgent bookings.
