📣 Cairns Airport Cyclone Update | 11am Tuesday 12 December 2023 📣

Cairns Airport operations are progressively winding down and will likely cease this evening. A number of airlines have cancelled or rescheduled services. Please contact your airline directly for any further advice.

Cairns Airport Domestic and International Terminal will not be open tomorrow, Wednesday 13 December 2023. Please do not come out to the Airport.

Cairns Airport operations will recommence when it is safe to do so, and we will advise updates via our Cairns Airport page and Cairns Airport website (www.cairnsairport.com.au).

The next update will be issued at approximately 6pm this evening.

We encourage you to listen to local radio for general cyclone updates or visit the Cairns Regional Council Disaster Dashboard.
